Just keep in mind that if you internet faster than what is specified for the device that the limiting factor will be the device. This works great for me because the internet in my area is still around 100 Mbps download. For internet speeds greater than 1gb you definetly want to look at other wifi cards.

This TP-Link network adapter does not truly support the dual-band capabilities it claims to. I tried every single thing in the book to troubleshoot the issue of only receiving 2.4GHz. Upon doing so, I found multiple forums of people having the same problems. All answers TP-Link provided gave no solution to the problem. Other people in the forums also attest to their solutions not working. Basically, this product AND similar ones produced by TP-Link aren’t all they seem to be. If you only need/want 2.4GHz, it works fine, but it’s literally incapable of 5GHz lol
