Q: Hi, Does this network card provide bluetooth functionality as well?

A: No, the Archer T6E is designed to provide dual-band AC1300 WiFi connectivity; not Bluetooth. Regards, TP-Link Support

Q: Purchased this card and getting really bad ping spikes while trying to play that I did not get with an Ethernet cable. How can I fix this?

A: We recommend ensuring the latest official driver is installed, which can be downloaded from our website here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-t6e/#Driver We also suggest connecting via the 5GHz band, which offers higher bandwidth and lower latency, as long as your router supports 5GHz and is providing sufficient signal. Regards, TP-Link Support

Q: My Lenono IdeaCentre K series Desktop Tower specs lists a Wireless NIC Realtek RTL8818CE card installed, does this mean my PC Desktop already has the ability to Wi-Fi out to a router or do I still need to buy this PCI 1300 Wi_Fi Adapter Card ?

A: A Wireless NIC is a WiFi adapter. If your computer already has a functioning wireless NIC, you should not need to install another one unless you have a specific purpose in mind.

Q: Can I use this to connect my pc build wirelessly to the internet and will it need any driver updates to work with windows 10

A: Yes it provides a dual band, wireless connection. Works out of the box with Win10 once the software is installed.

Q: I just built my pc and installed windows, the card is slotted in correctly and the light is on, yet it only gives me ethernet as a connection, it's like the card isn't even there, I have looked up most of the ways to fix this, and none have worked

A: We would first recommend installing the Archer T4E driver from our official website here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-t6e/#Driver If you have any remaining concerns, please reach out to our official TP-Link support team using any of the options available on our official website here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support/

Q: My Wifi card makes noises while my PC is running. Loud, weird staticky noises. When I took it out, one of the ports where the antenna are screwed into is oddly sideways. Is that why is it making noise? I ruled out all my fans, CPU cooler and GPU fans.

A: Your PCIe WiFi card should not be emitting any noise whatsoever. Please reach out to our support team using any of the options here and they'll gladly help troubleshoot this for you: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support/
