Customers praise the Deco AC2200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System for its ease of use, extensive coverage, and straightforward setup. Many appreciate the improved signal strength and extended range, leading to a significant reduction in dead zones. While some users noted that the units can get warm, the positive feedback on performance and ease of installation outweighs this concern. The system is highly recommended for those seeking reliable whole-home Wi-Fi.

Honestly to temper my comments, my house is a one story 1850 sq foot house but there are some trouble spots which the old mesh system, which should have been able to handle, did not. This system has no issues and I get the full strength. There seems to be some issues reconnecting where it just takes a little time but it might be due to some other program and when my kids were playing video games the signal kept on getting dropped but I have personally not experienced it.

The Deco mesh WiFi system has been a great addition to our home. It looks clean and simple. We're looking to purchase some stands that we found on Amazon to make it look cleaner. I wish they weren't as hot as they've shown to be. However, the user interface is awesome AND it works with Alexa. It's a big upgrade for us and I spent 2 weeks researching what router to trust. I think I made the right choice.

Bought these to get better coverage in my home. Was a little weird getting used to cause you set up off a phone or a tablet, but after everything was hooked up they worked good. Just a little disappointed that each pod needs to be within 30 feet of each other. Through put was great . I didn’t lose any speed at all. Have 27 Wi-Fi things connected to them

Installation was a breeze, no problems at all. The only problem I have with this product is that the menus in the app are not very intuitive and there doesn't seem to be any good online help or manual. They just kind of leave it to the owner to figure it out which to me is very frustrating. The lack of a true "user guide" is my main reason for the 4 star rating. As far as problems with the unit, I've had none other than trying to figure out where to look in the menu structure to find answers to questions when they pop up. So far, so good. Also don't quite understand why a 3rd unit is so expensive compared to the first two. I think it's called GREED!

Not a huge coverage, but ok for my 2000 sq ft home, major problem is with aligning the leader system with the second system, I had to place them in such a way that they could see each other, near the stairs.
Easy to setup and use. The app is super good and easy to manage your connected devices.

It took more of these to cover my (large) house than I expected but these couldn’t be easier to set up and it eliminated all and any dead zones in my house. The drop by 1 star was because of the coverage but the product itself is terrific.

The TP Link Deco 9 has changed everything. I had connectivity issues in a two floor apartment, and this has more than doubled my internet speeds. I have had zero issues since installing it, and set up was a breeze through the app. I recommend, but get it on sale...$189 seems to be the current deal price.
