Love the Kasa light switches. I guess you could say I’m kind of addicted. Originally, only was looking to add these to our kitchen... but after seeing how easy they were to install and how convenient they are, I’ve since replaced almost all our switches with these.

This is a terrific gadget, easy to install and you can't beat its no hands features. You can program it to turn on and off at particular times so it works as an alarm to awaken you too. I use an iPhone and I can't beat the ease of use. I am going to install more.

Works fine. Switch does need connection to neutral line in addition to normal load, source and electrical ground. You program the minimum brightness to use with LED bulbs. Unlike other TP-Link Kasa switches, this one does not have a vacation random mode. Needs connection to your home Wi-Fi network.

I bought this smart switch to operate the dining room light. I got this switch to try it on my house and because my wife keeps on leaving the lights on all the times. Now I can shut off the lights when I'm away or in a different room. Installation was easy as long as you have a neutral wire.

Really solid. Wonderfully convenient. I bought several and occasionally one was slightly more difficult to pair than the others, but once it was all set up it was definitely well worth it.

I'm a tech savvy type of guy, but electrical is not my my strong points. With that being said, this was an easy install, not to mention an easy set up. I'm going on 3 weeks with this Smart switch and I must say I am impressed. Ill be swapping out all my light switches very soon.

Very responsive and easy to install. I’m slowly changing my smart home to Kasa and I’m pretty happy about it. Not so much that it seems to be Amazon territory, but I guess I need to compromise somewhere. I wish the plate would beeasier to install. If it’s install to close to the wall, it’s difficult to click it in.

I wanted this to work out for me so badly but it didn’t work with my lights. The switch and dimmer worked just like it should but, in my situation, it wouldn’t allow the LED track lights to dim far enough for use in my media Room. I would definitely buy it again for another application.

Love it. I put up soon can lights in our house and use this. It works with Google Home. I can turn off the light with voice commands. The Price is just right for this. I will be picking up a few more.

I purchased these for my home after finding out how simple they work with recessed lighting! Def recommend and its super simple to use with smart things! I love settings scenes in the smartthings app!

Great switch if you are ready to automate a light in you house. I use mine to switch on the outside lights and setup schedules to have lights come on at certain hours of the night. Great for any single pole light switch. Must buy for home automation.

Installs just as easily as a regular light switch. Set up with app took just a few minutes and easily paired with Alexa device. Now my lights are timed to come on before I arrive home and I do not have to come home to darkness. Good product so far. Plan on buying more.

Purchased this dimmer wi-fi switch to replace a single use Kasa/TP Link switch. The old switch functioned perfectly and the new dimmer switch has worked perfectly well also. Would recommend.

Gone are the days of clap on and off lighting. With Kasa’s Smart Switch you can control how you want to set the mood right via your voice with Amazon’s Alexa or your Google Home. You can even use your phone too! Definitely a must buy if you just want to live a smarter life.

Install was very simple from my existing dimmer switch to this switch. I also like the Kasa app layout and how quick it is to turn on/off. Integrated with SmartThing super quick.

if your house wiring supports this switch, the UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Tap the big button once to power on or off the lights. Double tap to go to full brightness. Use either small button on top to set brightness level. Cost is good. Ecosystem from Kasa is a bit more limited at the store, for example, no motion sensor in store to use to trigger this switch.

I've used Kasa plugs and lightbulbs for a while and have enjoyed a problem-free experience during the course of ownership over the last couple of years (6 lightbulbs and 4 plugs). Naturally, I leaned toward Kasa switches if I were to ever use smart switches because of this experience. I bought two of these to control lighting in a bathroom These switches weren't much more than non-connected dimmers I was also considering. I ended up going with these since I'd be able to make adjustments to dimming calibration through the Kasa app, instead of needing to adjust dimming calibration manually on the non-connected dimmers I considered. Some of the nice features you wouldn't think about with these include LED indicators that dimly glow, showing you were the switches are in a dark room; indicators showing you where you're at in terms of dimming level on the switch; connectivity with Google and Alexa; and smart phone app functionality that covers lighting scheduling, timers, and all the configuration functionality you'd need. The biggest thing you need to know about these switches is you absolutely need a neutral wire in the switch box. If you do not have this, you'll need to contact a qualified electrician to fix that for you. These will not function without a neutral line. Also, just a recap of what comes in the box: Kasa HS220 dimmer switch 2 wire nuts "Screw-free" wall plate (standard decora style and the screws hide under the wall plate) Basic instructions All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. I did have to exchange a switch because it was DOA, but that sort of thing happens and the replacement worked fine.
