Set up was easy. I have the "blue" button on top of my router so it was really a "plug in, push a button, and move it to where you want it" kind of set up. I used to only get one bar in my upstairs bedroom and now I have full bars!

I bought this as I have a Ring doorbell that quit connecting to the internet. The doorbell worked great for about 3 months then quit. I dealt with the people at Ring who insisted it was my wifi since the router and doorbell were so far apart. I couldn't believe that since it worked so good for 3 months. I then dealt with my wifi provider and they said my wifi is just fine. The Ring people suggested I try a wifi extender so ordered this and it seems to work ok. I think there are still moments when the Ring doesn't work but can't be sure yet, (due to covid I don't have many people at my door) I'm still wondering if it's my wifi. May have to try a new router too. That said this does seem to work ok and for the price point don't be afraid to try it. May update my review after I try a new router.

I have a two story house and could not get good connection with my laptop upstairs so far away from the modem installed downstairs on opposite side of house. The TP-Link Wi-Fi extender is just what I needed. Works very well.

Was easy to set up and expanded the wifi to the rest of our condo. However, we have 200 mbps from our cable router, and this unit only gave us 20 mbps.

This s the perfect product to extend WiFi signal in larger home.

TP-Link wi-fi extender does help to get better connection, but at times seems connection is poor that I get blurry images. My guess would be many people are online at the same time, not a fault of the device. But, too early to tell; just had the device for a month. But I am happy to get this for the value it pays off.

This was so easy to setup! I was a little hesitant about this boosting my signal for the dead spot in the downstairs area of my home, especially since I paid a fraction of the cost of what my internet service provider wanted to charge me for their “pods.” This is a great value, sets up in minutes and is not obtrusive in any way. Easy to setup for a novice like me.

Bought this for a friend with a big house and an ill-placed wireless router. It works great but apparently they need more than one, it keeps dancing between an upstairs plug for bedroom coverage and a downstairs plug for netflix. Super easy to set up.

I purchased this for my Brother, who was experiencing dead spots in his house. It works great - no more dead spots. I plugged it into a socket that is not visible, so you cannot even see it.

Works very well on first floor 900 sq. ft. house . two bedroom. Stopped temporary flickering and rebooting in all rooms by placing device in hallway. ALSO seems to help basement TV. Using ROKU streaming boxes on TVs...

I needed something to strengthen the wifi in the furthest corner of my medium sized house. I was VERY sceptical of this product but read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I could not even watch my Roku because the wifi was so bad....not any more. The connection shows up as excellent now and it never drops. Setup was very easy and only took minutes. My only issue is the blue light it emits. I like sleeping in complete darkness so the light drove me crazy at first. It made the back of my tv glow like the mothership was coming..lol. I'm not sure if there is a way to cut it off or dim it but I eventually got used to it. Other than that, I am so glad I didn't dish out major $$$ for an extender. Give it a go...whatcha got to lose?

Easy to install. Plug it into the wall. Finds and connects on its own. Easy.

It has helped a pretty fair amount. Can't beat it for the price.

ISP gave me the router and it's WPS capability is PIN protected. This device doesn't have an option to make the connection, in my case. Ended up calling customer service. An Asian lady who was the customer service representative was very patient and helpful. She helped me make the connection to my modem/router using another method. With her help, it was a breeze setting it up and no looking back after that

I bought a Netgear extender previously, which worked for a few months, but when I had to replace my modem/router, it would not reset and recognize the new one. This TP-Link extender works just as well, was easier to set up, and cost half as much. I have not yet had to reset it to a new modem/router, so I can't answer to that situation, at this time. I'm very satisfied with this device in any case, as it does the job, easy to use, and saved me money. And for what it's worth, it's more attractive.

After years of struggling with wife / kids and Wi-fi signal I decided to purchase a range extender, I had to say that this is the first time I use one and I'm glad I pick this one. I downloaded the phone app and 3 minutes later I had the wi-fi working. Now I have wi-fi on my backyard for Spotify, YouTube, gamming, etc... Go get one Now and remember: Happy Wife = Happy Life.

I was looking for a WiFi reapeater and I found this little guy with a lot of range.Also easy to set up.

I have to manually configure the Range Extender, but it was easy - just follow the quick setup instruction. Now I have good Wifi coverage throughout my house. This is a great Wifi range extender, and the price is great too.
