      Since trac fone updated their software , this is the cheapest option to get a phone. Hard to set up and use

      Bought for parent in continuous care; fits the bill for ease of use. Had to replace phone not VoLTE compatible. Worse thing was several days before TracFone put the phone on their network. That was very frustrating as their website indicated it would work within minutes or so, but that's not the fault of the phone.

      I got this phone to replace a 3G phone that I had. Overall I like it. I like that it is a flip phone. Still trying to find out how to see how many minutes I have. I don’t use the phone very much so this fits my needs.

      I personally believe that Tracfone has presented a Tracfone in a rush to change over that is incompatible with the older generation to become acquainted with and use as well as the LG Tracfone previously used. It was almost impossible to get a call thru to change over and public was not given enough notice or sufficient staff to change coverage to the new phone. I was personally transferred to another person over a dozen times and while waiting for an answer the phone went dead and no answer. I am highly disappointed in it but will lose a large amount of time already paid for if I do not continue to use the new one I have purchased.

      This phone does exactly what I need it to do. Of course it's simply use you know basic features incoming and outgoing phone calls and if you need to text messaging its there. The only thing I don't like about TracFone and it's not the phone itself it's the fact that I bought the $20 minutes when I bought the phone and I've only made like four phone calls and it's telling me I need to refill already so I don't like that the minutes don't roll over a month to month
