The phone works well. It's easy to learn and sound is good.

My mom's 10-year-old flip phone finally died and I was looking for another one without paying for exorbitant prepaid plans. This fit the bill. It has a larger screen and bigger buttons than her previous phone and just worked out great.

Got this for my 87 year old mom as it is very easy for her to Understand and make phone calls. Also has Other features like an button for emergency contacts and voice assistance. Great phone for the money.

just learning how to use so no real review to say right now. One thing I can't figure out is how to get to my voice mail & how to make my calls go to voice mail after 3 rings

This phone is excellent and very simple to use we purchased it for one of our elderly family members life could not be more simple for that person with this phone

Bought together with a Tracfone service plan card while on vacation. Has been used on a number of occasions and proved to be useful and works well

The price is right. It's perfect for seniors, not too complicated. The kids are happy, they don't have to worry about me when I go in the car.

this was purchased as a gift for my mother. she has always had a simple flip phone, and needed a new one because the 3g networks are fading out. it is nearly impossible to find a flip phone w/o a monthly pre-paid card option. ebst buy didin't carry in the retail store, so i ordered online thru bestbuy, tracfone still offers a $20 prepaid card with 60 minutes valid for 90 days. great, for her needs. emergency use only. but, it is impossible to activate. it didn't give the option when i powered it on. reading the box, there was print stating it needed to be activated by a cashier. so, off to the best buy store we went. the bb customer support rep was great. he explained they don't activate phones. at one time, they were able to connect to activate the tracfones, but cannot anymore. so my question was 'so, why do y'all sell them?' he giggled a little, with visible frustration, and said he didn't know. i get it, it's not his fault. he was professional and very courteous with working out my refund. sadly, this phone would have been perfect for my mother. she is 81 years old and doesn't need a fancy phone with an expensive monthly plan.

It's a great phone for just doing simple tasks. Sound is good and the only complaint is they should show the minutes that are left on the screen so you know in an instance.

good thing i use to have a tracfone because 2 people who work in the store didn't know anything about the phone. If you sale these things you have to train the people about them

looking for a "basic" cheap phone to keep in my vehicle. I'm tired of being tracked by Google, Government. This phone has more features then I need, but it gets the job done. thank you

Large buttons on phone and large time display are both a plus making this user friendly for my elderly parent to use.

The phone itself is a great little flip phone. The only problem was activating it. I had to call to get it activated. Customer service was good solving the problem.

If all you need is to make and receive phone calls this is a very good deal. The nice thing about TracFones is there are no monthly bills.
