      Had difficulty transferring my phone number and minutes from my old phone to the new phone. It took four phone calls to the Tracfone Customer Service to accomplish this and to activate the phone. It is not as easy to use as my old Tracfone but has more perks.

      I had bought this over a year ago and it was fine; the old one I still have. However, I bought two more recently. The first one got activated, turned on, and held a charge for a short time. When it needed to be recharged, I plugged it in, and it was charging for awhile, or so I thought. I went to turn it back on, and it would not turn back on. The other one is still in the package. I can't even return them because it is past the 14 day period. I just bought these 2 phones 36 days ago. A phone should not become disfunctional so soon after buying, and now I am out all the money for 2 phones because it stopped working a little more than the 14 day return period. So disappointing and so upsetting having lost all that money!

      I bought this for my son as a throw away phone. For what it’s worth, the phone works well and the setup is easy. Of course, with today’s smartphones in comparison the keyboard may seem a little outdated but it works and makes phone calls! A good cheap phone!
