Great help from Geek Squad to answer all my questions and show me how to use it. Without their help I would rate it terrible because of worthless manual.

Low cost phone, which needs lots and lots of time

They put phone and receipt in bag said it was already to go. After two days on phone with tracfone thought phone was bad. So went to target they activated it at cash register and works

It came practically all set up. Don't need it for anything except for talking and texting; however it does come with the option to purchase data too.
