(hey I only use phones, I am not expert! :) And they should have made it clear that it has Wi-Fi too. So far this smartphone works great. If you're not a fan of giants smartphones, then this smartphone is for you!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My elderly grandmother bought this phone, and if i could go back in time i would stop her from buying it. It took her too long to text on her old flip phone, so we thought hey, lets get her a basic smartphone, so she could have a full keyboard and go on facebook once and a while when shes out and about. Good idea, bad phone choice, not long after we bought it the battery started to go, and eventually when it only lasted a ridiculously short time, we got her another battery (made by the same maker as the cell) and that one has gone bad too, She now has to carry a charger with her everywhere, or else what if the phone dies on her and she has to make a phone call in an emergency?! Thats is the number one reason to have a cell phone! It has issues that confuse her, especially the constant "app has been denied permission to turn on bluetooth" pop up, even though bluetooth is on, and the apps have been set to be allowed to use it. Which is an issue other people have, and don't even get me started on the resending of the same text message issue 5 times a week, but to be fair that is a tracphone issue not limited to this cell phone. It was at least 60$ when we bought it, so i didn't expect it to be great, but the battery shouldn't have been this awful. We are buying her a new phone and throwing this one in the trash (recycling).
