Purchased this phone to get rid of my landline and keep my home phone number. Works great! Long battery life, clear conversations, and inexpensive. Served my purpose well.

I purchased this phone for myself, then for my son and grandson. We are very happy. The keyboard is a bit small, but we can work with it. Best Buy gave us great service.

My wife has a dumb phone that is the old style voice and text ONLY phone through SAFELINK. Wanted to get her a smart phone to use in areas with WIFI. Bought this phone. TRAC PHONE refused to allow me to hook it up and keep our free basic mobile service. Returned the phone immediately. Not happy with TRAC PHONE's business decision. Seems to be very punitive.

This is the best phone I could get for my daughter who just turned thirteen and for the price I got it, i can't ask for anything better with such excellent features!

This is a great basic cell phone for a beginner...

My cell phone needed to be replaced, so I picked this up in a pinch. Best Buys service was great helping me to set it up in the store. The phone is tiny, but is useful even for apps and internet. Only disappointment is that it doesn't come with some minutes attached to start and that needs to be purchased seperate.

it's cheap, it does what you need it do but not as well as expensive phones. Don't have high expectations and you won't be disappointed
