I was married to a Blackberry 24/7 in my job and required to react to work issues 24/7. Used a flip Tracfone strictly for phone capability until Tracfone notified my 2G would be deactivated soon. Bought the Glitz to transfer my time/minutes. This phone will let me do email, browse, text, etc (though I still choose to minimize).

I have contacted support for 2 different issues, and both times I was given inaccurate information. The memory capacity seems a little light. There is no flash for the camera. This is a "basic" smartphone and works as my first, but I will upgrade very quickly.

Not an outstanding phone, but by far much better than a stick phone. Keyboard is not very responsive, but other than that....okay.

Just something that could call and text. Well, the Alcatel could do that and it was a smart phone, too. It doesn't have the quality of an iPhone... but for the price, you really can't go wrong. It's a perfect starter phone that does the trick.
