My niece found it very easy to use and she loves it

Don't know how to rate as this is my first smart phone.

This phone is difficult to find, edit and get accounts setup, still cannot get my voice mail setup,

Can't recommend to a friend if I don't know how to use the phone my self....

Needed temporary phone until I was able to upgrade iPhone. This was adequate but not really a good phone

Nice little phone to use at Verizon. Kids love the phone and you can Google on it.

The phone works great as long as you are with in range of an ATT Tower, if not it don't work

The phone has good overage and long lasting battery.

Easy setup & transfer of number and minutes to this phone. BIG improvement in downloading apps & speed of operation.

This phone is for my wife; I already have one like it for myself. It took a little getting used to but works good.

the phone works nicely its kind of hard to hear when on phone call most of the time i have to put it on the speaker to be able for people on the phone to be able to hear me

This is a gift for my little brother I would have exchanged the dual core 1.3ghz processor for a 1.2ghz dual core and 1 gb of ram the touch screen is resistive with 2 finger tough that sucks and the BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NO AUTO SCREEN ROTATION I WONDER THERE IS EVEN A ACCELEROMETER!!!

Trac phone said this phone did not work in my area even though best buy in my area sold it. But the best buy reps in phone tried very hard to work it out. Thanks for all your help

This review is more for the wonderful service I received from Best Buy in Dublin, CA. Had it not been for the 100% plus service I received from Amber at the Dublin, CA Best Buy and her manager in making good on the wrong created by Tracfone, I would have lost my money and my airtime because of Tracfone. Amber at Best Buy went well beyond all expectations of providing very top quality service on behalf of her employer and Tracfone and really saved the day for me in spite of all that was lacking with Tracfone’s inappropriateness and lack of knowledge in carrying out and facilitating their own procedures. Specifically, this phone was an upgrade from another Alcatel Smartphone. A call placed to Tracfone to transfer the remaining unused airtime with a still active old Smartphone to the new Smartphone resulted in Tracfone discontinuing service on the old phone with no transfer of my unused airtime to the new phone unless I gave them more money, thus I lost my service altogether. Since I had called Tracfone prior to my upgrade requesting how to transfer my airtime, I did not expect to have such problems with Tracfone. Tracfone really needs to properly train their own staff on their procedures and train in courtesy as well and not rely on retailers to do what should be their responsibility. Thanks to you again Amber and to your manager at Best Buy, Dublin, CA for making my day and saving me from losing my time and my money.

Do you hate your teen? Do you want them to hate you? Get them this phone! With the working memory of an average kindergartener and the processing speed of a mildly athletic tortoise, this phone would have anybody tearing out their hair within minutes. Sometimes the battery goes wonky and drains itself almost instantly. At some point, you will desperately need your phone, and at that point, it will be dead. Guaranteed. Bring your charger with you everywhere. If you leave it in sleep mode it might last an entire two days, but using it, you've got about two hours. If you want to download any games, make sure they're small, and even then you'll get maybe three or four before running out of space. You'll need to delete all your photos, about every 50 photos or so. Maybe 100, if you have very few apps. Opening even the settings app will lag out the entire phone for a solid 2-3 seconds, if you have nothing else open. If you have a ton of apps running, it will probably have used up about 10% of your battery by the time it loads. The home button has no visible response for several seconds after you press it, and is incredibly unsensitive. The touchscreen is funky and takes some getting used to. You kind of have to smear your finger a bit in order to get it to sense anything. Bad choice for the elderly, especially if they get frustrated at technology. You can tell you have an incoming call when your phone freezes for several seconds, pops up a mostly gray screen that slowly loads in, and then takes several seconds to sense that you want to hang up. If you're only going to use this phone once and throw it away, it is perfect. If you want it to be your kid's or parent's lifeline, you might want to spend a few more bucks and get something better.
