Purchased two Alcatel A460G TRACFONES last month for myself and my wife. We are both retired and needed cell phones for limited use and for emergencies. Although these smart phones are not as sophisticated as the ones I had previously used for business before my retirement, they are adequate for the purpose we intended to use them for which is primarily for emergencies when we are away from home. They are great for people who do not want to be locked into a long term contract. They are fairly simple to operate, the cell service is good, they are easy to add minutes, texts and data to, and the rates are very reasonable. However, I would not recommend them to people who use large amounts of data. Overall we are quite satisfied with this product and they suit our current needs for an inexpensive cell phone and service.

I bought this phone on sale the price was 1/2 off great deal. It can do most everything a big smart phone with a high price can do, however it does not turn on its side and work with a larger keyboard like a LG. It can hold a lot of apps but the battery will run down faster. But if you want a less costly android smart phone it is good. Thank you, Jerri

This is a real smartphone which does all the basics decently--email, internet, apps, even the low pixel camera isn't bad. I can say how long the battery lasts as I use it as an emergency phone for the car so it's off mostly, though when I have used it, the battery seems to drain fairly rapidly (3% for a quick call).

For the last three weeks, I have enjoyed its use. The learning curve is short. It has been very useful for keeping in touch with Emails & the browser is very sharp & clear for a phone. It is hard to beat the price for all of the things that are accessible with this cell phone.

Two megapixels for the camera isn't great, but for the price of this phone, overall it's a bargain. The sound quality on calls is excellent. You can access the web and it isn't just an abbreviated version. You can spend a couple of hundred dollars for an iPhone, but if you want a good inexpensive smartphone this is a great deal.

Bought this for my son. I was sceptical at first as he is picky with his phones. Even though there is no front facing camera or flash,he is pleased with this phone.

This actually is my first smartphone. I used a flipphone for years, and since I don't rely on the phone as a source of entertainment that was fine. When the time came that I needed a new phone, this was less expensive than a new flipphone . I still don't use it alot, but this is a great phone for my needs at a great price, and I do appreciate the apps

The phone was purchased and set up for someone else who had a family accident and required a new Tracfone fast. Set up was fairly easy, phone operates as most Android's do so learning curve is minimal.

This is my second track phone, the first was a flip phone and now with this phone there is so much more than the old one. It took a little time to get used to using the different apps but the Best buy employees are always very helpful

Bought this just to trade in to verizon, but played with it briefly. Pixel count is ok, the screen lags a little and could be better if there was a front camera. Good for the job if you need a disposable phone.

Bought this phone as a beginner android for my sister-in-law, worst experience ever. Phone would not connect to internet, touch screen is not at all responsive, and overall this phone is junk.It ruined her experience with smartphones, so she wanted to go back to the Tracfone she had already owned. Tracfone kept the year of minutes she had when we transferred her service back to a flip phone. I would give them no stars if possible.
