Great for kids, putting old phones to work

Works great, no overages (just stops working on cellular when they run out of minutes/texts/data. Even after running out of minutes, smart phones still allow them to surf web using Wi-Fi, or use wifi to use web based talk/chat apps like Imessaging on Apple, or Skype, or other similar apps.
