I purchased this item because I needed a new tracfone. I was having a hard time finding a flip phone as that is all I need. I only use the phone to make calls and it is great. It fits nicely in my pocket and I don't have the problem of pocket dialing anyone now. The only downsize I have is that it took along time on the phone with a representative to transfer my phone number and minutes to this new one.

The price is just right. Like this flip phone with large buttons. This works great for my father. And my father said he love the phone.

Bought this phone for my husband who wears hearing aids, and has had trouble with cell phones in the past. He was happy with this phone and seems to be able to hear the conversation without placing it on speakerphone. Good choice.

Unfortunately my phone ( a basic standard TracFone) got wet about a month ago and it quit working.When I went online to investigate a new phone, serendipity ! Best Buy not only had my same phone BUT it was on sale for only $10 which is only about what it costs to purchase a battery for the phone. Having already owned and used this same phone for a while, I am happy to report that it is a very good,sturdy basic phone which has a number of features found on many other more expensive phones. I have been very happy with it

I like the ease of use and the fact that it has real buttons to push. I use it for its purpose as a phone.
