Phone okay....getting minutes not good at all.

I even asked your representative if he can scanned in properly upon purchase. Had to drive long way to go back to Best Buy so your store could correctly scan product so I could purchase minutes. I have been a Best Buy customer since your inception, but no more. Very bad customer service.

The phone was for us cellular tower and we have a verizon tower. Not sure if Best Buy has any information of the products to prevent this or if it is a Tracfpne issue. But very frustrating.

I ended up returning this phone because I couldn't get the back off and then the inside broke.

Never breaks down, stands up in all weather, easy to use, easy to place in your pants pocket, is my alarm clock in the morning, I text all day on it, simple and perfect if you are a "Minimalist" person like myself. Live simple, less stress, and save a bundle of money. Ok, the guys in the gym think I'm still living in the Caveman era, but who the heck cares, they don't pay my bills. I bet they are all in debt trying to pay off their cell phone bills. Buy this if you want to save lots of money, live a simple lifestyle, and be happy. I am a successful businessman without a car, fancy cell phone or office. Work from my home dining room table. Recommend it very highly. Good Day.

Worked Ok in good signal area But when in a weaker signal area, on AT&T, "No Service" even though my Samsung G5 worked fine. I have requested a Tracfone replacement after over an hour on the phone. Hope it is just a bad phone. We'll see.
