This is the neatest small phone. Got this for my wife, wish I got it for my self instead of what I did. Fits in the pocket real nice, dial numbers show real large on screen. Great phone for us old folks for sure and easy to navigate thru.

Looking for a phone for my 94 year old father. This seemed to be the most reasonable phone and plan out there! Since he only uses 10 minutes per month, if that, everything else was at least double the monthly fee. Tracfone has a lot of different plans to choose from and I'm sure one will definitely fit what ever anybody is looking for. The phone seems to be pretty good quality and I was very happy they still have a "flip phone" out there with simple straight forward buttons. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Easy enough for my grandma to use. I just had to set up the recurrent payment for the service. The phone has an easy learning curve and the battery last really long between charges

Bought this for husband to use with Tracfone service. He uses it for phone calls only. Calls are clear, large numbers make it easy to dial. Especially like the emergency call button which can be programmed for any person you want notified in case of emergency. Their phone rings, and they get a text showing location of emergency.

Great basic phone. Purchased this for my 90 year old father. Easy for him to use and it is loud enough to be heard. And he was super pleased that he can take pictures and send them to people.

Bought for an older relative in a nursing home. Perfect for this use. Big buttons and reasonable sized screen. I wish the ringer was louder but overall good value for the money. Get the $20 monthly smart phone cards. It’s unlimited minutes on voice which is all she needs. Much better plan than the $19.99 60 minutes cards. Just set yourself a reminder to reup the plan every 30 days.

This Tracfone is easy to use! The battery is long lasting. The speaker phone is very clear. The camera feature is easy to use. Records videos also. All around this is a good phone.

Replacement phone for my wife. Its used as a emergency phone in case of breakdowns or flat tires. Great if you need something cheap and compact. Great sound & easy to use.

My husband decided he needed a cell phone. All he needed was something simple to communicate on. Easy to use,small. He’s happy for someone who didn’t want it.

It has nice big numbers to make dialing easier. It was easy to get charged and ready for use. It is easy to navigate through the screens on the menu display.

Looking for a basic phone w/ camera? Very easy to use & good sound! I prefer to see minutes & days on phone, but can register w/ Trac to check on w/o using time.

This is a perfect emergency phone. Great price and the phone has all that uou need. My mother's landline was down so this came in very handy.

My mom only uses track phones and we got her this as a gift. It's super easy for her to use but it still has some of the things the newer phones do.

EASY, SIMPLE, UNCOMPLICATED ~ what I wanted in an emergency cell phone. I'm old school & like my land line, but we all need a way to contact others if out of house, stranded OR if your power goes out. It stays in my purse on OFF unless I need it. I also like the way you can buy cards for however you wish ~ personally, I purchase a card for a year & the minutes continue to roll over & over. I am VERY PLEASED!

Bought this for my mom so she can stay in touch during her dialysis. She can’t see real good but we programmed our numbers in and it does great for her. Bought the yearly plan and if we need to add minutes, it’s easy. Great purchase. Hope they continue to make flip phones.

Bought this phone for my father. He says it is much easier to use, he likes the bigger numbers and smaller size.

Back in April , I purchased a flip phone for my brother. He found that it was easy to get it work for him, was every happy with it. I purchased phones in the past he refused to use them because he didn’t know how to operate them. To day May 4th I purchased one for myself. I would recommend it to family and friends. I said best Buy has the best deals. Thank you ( Best Buy). Please don’t use my name.

Excellent phone for those of us that want to limit screen time or get overwhelmed tinkering with endless apps on smart phones. The call quality is excellent, test messaging is easy and be sure to set it to T9 predictive text. No app store so I don't feel the need to keep trying the latest apps. Browser is good enough to read the news. I love long pressing a number to call my wife! Finally, it is nice to have a 4-day standby battery.
