The TracFone - LG Classic Flip Prepaid phone was just as the other reviews stated. A pretty good phone that has a lot of good features I was looking for to replace my "land-line" phone. Hard to beat the deal from TracFone. Since I now have two TracFones (the other one is just a LG 3G phone that has approx. 1600 minutes on it, the "Call Forward" feature will be in use soon and we will see how that works. I also like the "Call Blocking" feature. This phone also has a good battery life. If you are just looking for a replacement phone for your current "land-line" this one works GREAT. By the way, TracFone gives you triple minutes on this one.

this is a great phone, the person i asked first to help set it up told me it was self explanitory ,after i did what i could and went back for help .their was a different person in mobile and he helped me a lot. i wish i had gotten names but i forgot. (1 am 92 years old ) young people figure us old people are stupid. i had also bought my third prtinter at best buy a couple of months ago.

Purchased this for my father as he wasn’t a fan of the smartphone I bought him. This is more his style; especially the flip aspect. He really likes it as the keypad is big and have a rubberized feel which seem durable. The screen is the perfect size and gets really bright, which is a plus for the old man. Its easy to use and navigate because he figure it out in about 4 minutes (and he’s 76 years old). So far the phone seems like its a solid build but only time will tell. For the price I’m happy and he’s really happy!

I bought this for my 93 year old mother. Her previous flip phone with TracFone was going to become obsolete, so I needed to find a phone that was voLTE compatible. On TracFone's site they only offered various levels of smart phones. My elderly mother was comfortable with her flip phone and how to access contacts and dial a number. I was glad this LG TracFone was voLTE compatible so that I didn't need to teach her a whole new phone system. It does have more features than she needs, she'll never use the internet access, but like I said, it has the simplicity of the flip phone that she likes. If you've gotta have a flip phone, this one is nice. AND, we love TracFone prices for service.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The format is basic and easy to understand and use. Highly recommend for people like me who simply use the phone for sending and receiving telephone calls. It can do so much more if needed or desired. Very economical, too!

I spent a lot of time looking for this TRACFONE LG Classic Flip phone. Finally I found this phone in Bet Buy store one of my favorites store. The quality of this product is good, also the price is very accessible for everybody. The most important issued is the manual is very simple, so I understood the steps easily. Also, i found some interesting topics about this phone in You Tube.

The TracFone was a great solution for the problem of having an emergency phone for my disabled son. He has limited ability to use a phone and cannot text. Verizon was charging me $40/month for a flip phone (and charged $100 for the phone) that did not meet our needs. The TracFone cost less than $40, and the service plan was $99 for a full year of limited use (which is all we needed). This has already paid for itself.

Has great sound, easy to operate. Takes optional memory card. Compact and easy to carry.

Purchased for my 91 year old father. It’s his first ever cell phone and after a few attempts at learning how to use it I think he’s figured it out. My only complaint is that he’s getting texts and calls for someone else and it confuses him. Overall though I think it’s fulfilling the job we intended it for.

I got good treatment from the sales gal and enjoyed my purchase. The problem was that she told me they could transfer my old phone to the new phone and there was a guy there that Yes they could. When I went to have it done I was told by a young guy rather harshly the " We don't do that". When I told him they told me they could when I purchased it, he said " Well I did not tell You that". I was ready to tell him to stop talking to me like that but figured it would not do any good. Anyway I left. That was the BAD part of my experience at Best Buy. Sorry!

This phone is extremely simple to operate. The sound is clear. It has all the functions i need to make calls and send texts. It even offers extra apps and has good wifi. Overall...i am glad i purchased this phone!

Purchased this LG Flip phone for my 94 year old Father. It has large numbers and a large easy to read screen. He had a smart phone but found it too confusing to use. He does not text only phone calls. For under $25.00 You can't go wrong.

It is a nice and simple phone to operate. Not a smart phone but very useful.

I purchased the TracFone because I only use a cell phone to make calls. Plus, I liked the plan for $20 for 90 days. It's easy to use so far and was able to even put ringtones on it. The only issue I had is my text messages last month disappeared after receiving a text and called TracFone but they didn't know why it happened; however, it has happened since.

Got this for our tween for as he gains independence (without yet going full smartphone). This was easy to setup, functional, and it was easy to work with Tracfone customer services to move a plan I already had over to this phone. It's also small enough that he can keep in his pocket while being active.

LG Flip top phone from TracFone works great for me bigger than some of the old models I've used the big phone companies and have come back to TracFone for the small amount of use its ideal

For a very low price, this phone includes a lot of features found in more expensive phones. Unfortunately, Tracfone does not include complete owner's manual with the phone. I was able to download one from their website. Be aware that Best Buy cannot transfer your contacts or pictures from an old flip phone to a new one.

I needed an inexpensive cell phone and basic cell phone service for a family member and found the search to be more difficult than I expected. Then I went to Best Buy in Batavia where a sales associate recommended a TRACFONE like the one his grandmother used. It was perfect! TRACFONE's online help service made activation and set-up easy. It is inexpensive and there are no contracts or activation fees. This is a great option for someone who doesn't need or want a smart phone.

We purchased this Tracfone for my mother-in-law since she just doesn't seem to be able to run a smartphone. This first one we received had issues setting up, and then went to a blank white screen. We called Tracfone and they sent us a replacement after we sent the defective phone back. Had issues setting this phone up also, but I will take the blame. The Tracfone representative answered quickly and sorted out the problem. The new phone seems to be fine; it seems pretty easy to run. Feels good and has plenty of memory if needed. It also has a micro SD slot to expand. Screen is bright and clear with options to increase the font size. Super easy to add contacts and speed dials. Also the tracfone website works well to monitor and minutes. We shall see how it works for mom.

I was happy to get this phone as I am not ready for a smartphone yet. LG's have been good phones for me and the reviews for this model were good.
