Great phone, easy to use for someone who needs something simple. Numbers are big, great for the elderly

Perfect for my teenager, holds battery well and is much cheaper than a smartphone with a plan.

This is for my son, but I had to help him learn... Some of the navigation seems to be more challenging than my old Nokia. Also I didn't realize that texts messages were different than the overall minutes... I thought every text was part of a minute, but apparently texts are different than calls and he burned through them all too quickly and I am having troubles adding text messges to the plan.

Very decent cheapie flip phone. I bought it for my 85 year old mom to replace a similar flip phone. Not too shabby!

Works good - bought for elderly parent who didn't want a smart phone

The sign on process was a pain and had to be done by myself again after the best buy representative spent over an hour in the store setting it up and told me it was ready to go. The representative for trac fon also told me my new phone card had already been used and I would need to purchase a new one so the overall setup was painful but overwise it works, it's still pretty new to tell.

Wonderful product. Good setup. Convenient features. Buying it for the second time as the first fell from a chair and the screen broke. Overall great product albeit very fragile.

For the price of the phone which was on sale. This is a great phone. It also had a camera which was surprising to me. This is an excellent phone without spending a lot of money. I only wanted this phone because of the lower price. And I do have another type cell phone anyway. But I wanted this as an extra phone for me also.

dropping calls, etc., Great Call overnighted him a Lively but similar issues began & we cancelled service. Came to Best Buy & Brent in Mobile suggested Tracfone Flip. Brent spent over 2 hours getting it set up and working with them to keep his original cell number. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful & patient person to get everything working. We left with the best cell flip ever with 30 days unlimited calls worldwide, 3G carryover data & more plus no contract. Thanks to Brent, my husband has the cell flip he always wanted. Congrats for having him.

This phone does not tell you how many minutes you have left nor how much time you have left on the menu screen, like my last phone did. I much preferred the old phone, as this is very inconvenient. If I had known this was the case when I bought it, I would have tried to get something different. The navigation is also not as good. Overall, I wish my prior phone had not died, as this one is not as good. It is fine for basic calling.

If someone only uses their phone for calls, you can not beat a flip phone... LG is a good brand and this seems to be a pretty good basic phone....

Works well to use as a basic phone. Tracfone coverage is good. Camera not worth having.

Drive to Holland to pick it up cost more than the phone itself....but my mom refuses to get a normal phone and only wanted a flip phone before her current one deactivated due to 3g. This is a Cheap crappy phone, hard to activate and even harder to add minutes to as well. There is no tracfone dashboard like on other phones and one must text 611611 to add airtime- which never worked. Ended up going online to add minutes and get the phone going but I must say that it will be very inconvient for her to constantly guess her usage. I didn't expect much quality wise, due to the price and what it is- but I did expect the tracfone display to function. Definate downgrade from her previous LG 3g model that no longer functions.

Requirement: Basic emergency phone at lowest cost. Insecure apps not needed. Phone meets the requirements: Simple to use, automatic transfer of minutes/days, lowest basic cost found on the net. Help personnel at Tracfone are consistently patient, well trained and helpful.
