    Phone volume on calls very low. The phones great, but returned TracFone service the worst. Verizon wireless. That's why I returned phone. It's because of the worst service TracFone, not because of the phone

    Phone seems to be working fine. A little diffecult to set up (Not many directions). Still cannot get it to give ring tone when receiving a text mess.
