When I went to pick it up, I found out that it was not a tracfone. However, the salesperson said it would work with the tracfone system. I ended up returning it, since it did not work as a tracfone. It was built for another phone program.

Was told by Tracfone representative that this is a Net 10 phone and will NOT work for Tracfone customers. You MUST become a Net 10 customer to use this phone and your existing minutes will NOT transfer to the Net 10 system. You may see comments on this from somebody with a "Tracfone Wireless" logo but they are giving false information.
