After many long hours of contact with Best Buy and especially with TracFone TracFone finally sent us a new Sim Card. The phone works but still has some quirky problems. For example the App. TracFone, My Account doesn't work at all, it says my account is inactive.

His effort was very admirable but the results were inadequate. We are very disappointed in not being served by someone knowledgeable about phones. We bought a Tracfone, Samsung Galaxy AO2 and know little about it. The Tracfone Co. was very helpful in educating us and getting us started. We are very disappointed in this experience at Best Buy.

It also has a nice large screen for watching videos. However, I've noticed a slight lag. And also the phone itself is quite heavy. And I would have preferred an amoled screen to this LCD. The cameras arent that great, but there are three of them.
