There's potential for plenty of storage space on this phone for photos, videos, and other data, thanks to the ability to take 512 gb micro sdxc cards. Also, the 32 gb internal storage on an android is currently the best a customer can get on a locked Tracfone for such a reasonable price. I recommend getting at a minimum a 128 gb micro sdxc card with the Samsung Galaxy A10E.

bought this for my daughter. She loves it and says it is close enough to an iPhone for her. Great value too!

I am very happy with this phone so far. The phone works really good and the battery life is excellent. Camera is also very good and the plan from tracfone is much cheaper than the major carriers

it's pretty easy to navigate and set up features to personalize my phone. the camera is fantastic, so clear, everything has been mostly easy to change and update.

Good price and the phone works well. Would have give 5 stars except for sim problem. The phone was supposed to come with the sim card installed, there was no sim card. Wasn't Best Buy or Tracfones fault, was Samsung. Best Buy was kind enough to fix the problem. Check before leaving BB or you will have problem regeristlng phone.

This is an excellent cellphone. It has more features than my other Samsung cellphone, and it works well for my needs. I'm glad that I purchased this model.

This phone has served me well for its entirety but it's reaching the end of its life cycle and I'm looking to upgrade soon

This cell phone has been reasonably easy for an 81 year old man to operate. Some of the details of how to effectively operate all aspects of the phone are a bit elusive but that is probably because I grew up in the age of analog devices instead of digital.

Most people don't spend this much for a TracFone. This is a good phone. It can hold a large micro sd card, I got a 256 GB. I got a cheap shock case on Walmart.com . I got a good deal on a year service plan and I have used TracFone for a long time. I don't use a cellphone as much as some people, so TracFone is a good and cheap choice for me.

Can be used with safelink services, dose everything you need a smart phone to do and more, you will not be disappointed

I was used to an old flip phone, but I wanted to get a smart phone to get used to texting and being able to do a lot more things on my phone. My friend suggested this model and I'm glad he did. This has a lot of different options for me to use, which I'm still working with, but I still can just use the basic phone and the nice camera that it has with it. I don't know that I'll ever need the latest model with all of the bells and whistles, so this should last me for a good long while. I am a senior, 68 years old.

This an upgrade for me from a previous phone. It is amazingly fast and has such a beautiful screen. It is perfect for my pocket and charges quickly.

A good phone but I have a couple complaints. I know USB-C is the coming thing, but right now I've got a couple dozen microUSB cords that I can't use for charging this phone. And I'm not enthusiastic about having the power and volume buttons on the same side ... too easy to miss the right one without actually looking at it. The phone works well, paired almost effortlessly with my Samsung smart watch, and has so far downloaded apps I've wanted ... both from Samsung and the Google Play Store. I haven't experimented much yet with the camera but I'm presuming its OK if not spectacular. I guess I'm still getting used to it overall, and time may be a factor in deciding whether I like it or loath it. So far, it seems closer to "like."

This is a great phone but as supplied it will not do WI-FI phone calls - it is on the Verizon network. I needed to get the AT&T chip for $1 and swapped it out for the one provided to make WI-FI calls. I only have one bar of signal at my home so this is a necessity for calls and text. Once set up the phone works great and easily transferred my photos and texts.
