Awesome phone for the price, fast startup and easy setup.

I remained using a Samsung Android because the newer model I bought was close to the previous cell phone I had. Thus model A11 has more storage than my other phone. I am fine with the pre-paid TracFone no contract plan. I am still trying to figure out how to use my new phone. The previous phone J7 was much easier for me; I'm not very tech savvy. I still need to link it to my SUV so I can accept/make calls when necessary while on the road. One thing I don't like is that both the volume control and power on/off button are on the same side, and sometimes I accidentally shut my phone off.

So far it has been a real good phone. I needed the upgrade for more storage. It is fast on most of the things I do on a phone. Another thing I like, is that it isn't real complicated to use. Very good cameras.

Great phone for the price. Large bright easy to see touch screen. Takes crisp clear photos (triple lens camera) and videos. Works great for social media, watching videos and some games. Battery charges quickly and charge lasts a couple days. This phone is bigger than some, so it doesn't easily fit in some pockets to carry.

This phone was an older model but it still has a lot of kick. I look at it like this. With the "updates" phone upgrades come in all the time. Typically when you can afford them. This phone has been going for a while and works fine. So I'm happy.

Decent phone. I upgraded to the Galaxy A11 from my Moto e6. I like having a bigger screen to watch videos on. The performance is ok. The phone does lag and stutter. The phone is good for watching videos, browsing the web, calling and texting, and some light gaming but I wouldn't do anything more than that on this phone. The phone is good for the price. I mean you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a phone that can handle a a little more I would recommend the OnePlus Nord n100.

Purchased this phone for my family member with special needs. The design is streamlined and allows for ease of use. And it's a great value for someone who just needs basic phone, text and Internet service.

i had finally dropped and cracked my 2yr old phone so had to upgrade. this phone was basically double the memory, batt life and camera. i didn't even need an SD card anymore.

This phone solves problems with my old "dumb phone" due to network upgrades and such, like broken MMS capability. I have been avoiding smart phones because I am older and have nice large screens on my computer and didn't need one. But over time there are more and more things you can't do without one. So far so good, but figuring out the notifications is a pain. There ares some tones that don't seem to have an associated notification. Maybe I'll find something I missed as time goes on. Battery life seems good, sound quality on phone calls is good. It was bigger than I expected which makes it harder to carry as it won't fit my pocket. A decent phone for the price and only $5 per month more expensive that my old Net10 service. Wi-Fi is allowing me to avoid using up my limited plan data.

This was a good and durable phone, easy to use and not too glitchy

Great phone for the price. We needed to replace our sons smartphone and this seemed to fit the bill. I couldn't be happier with the performance to this phone. Screen size is about the same as my S10+ and the display is sharp and colors are excellent.

So far, I like the Samsung A11 'better' than the Nokia 2.3 that it replaced ... Seems to have a longer battery life ... AND ... even though both the phones have/had the 'Android OS', the A11 seems friendlier ...................................................

This is actually a pretty good phone. Great features, not that app heavy. Only bad thing about it is the google monopoly on the app service and it's hard to get a signal to activate the phone

Surprisingly easy to use. Speed isn’t bad. Not a primary phone for u but functional for what we need. Activated and setup for us by the Mobile team

The phone works well. It is relatively fast and functions well. Note: Not a heavy user (gaming, apps....). After purchasing one, purchased two additional ones for others. We had the phones for several months and had no issues. Regarding Tracfone service, no issues with reception/service. Good customer service. Tracfone is good for low usage users since they have a $15/month plan (500MB, 500 test, 500 minutes).

I had the Samsung Galaxy 7 for about 2 years. I liked it very much, but it only had 16GB memory. So I had to get a phone with more memory. Along came the Samsung Galaxy A11, with 32GB of memory. It operated, about the same as my old phone, with twice the memory and a few improvements. I am VERY happy with this Samsung Galaxy A11 phone. Great choice!

The main reason I bought this phone is the previous Samsung Tracfone had a very short battery charge life. I would have to charge every other time I left my house. It also had trouble connecting with the blue tooth in my car. I can go a week with the A11 without having to charge it and it connects right away with the blue tooth in the car. I only worry that with the coming 5G network the 4G A11 may be obsolete.

This is a good case you're protecting my phoneven when I dropped it at high altitude. I would recommend this to all galaxy users.

Works a heck of a lot better than my prior phone and has plenty of storage and speed. Exactly what I needed for my next phone.
