The phone works great and it is fast, very good for seniors or people who just don't need the fastest, latest and greatest, purchased two of these for my parents and they are very happy.

Very pleased with the Galaxy Core Prime - especially with Tracfone. I'm not a heavy t exter and this phone meets all my needs - works great with Chromecast and the price is right!

I was looking for a phone that was like an iPhone but was less expensive and the Samsung was the answer because I already had a tracfone so I could transfer the minutes to the new phone.

Good upgrade from flip phone only $22 for 3 months triple minutes voice text etc. Uses WiFi to conserve . only down side is that you need to recharge more often than flip phone.

Setup of tracfone was easy. This phone replaces another tracfone. Samsung Core is s great phone and easy to use. Bought phone for a senior citizen and they love it.

Easy to use with big icons for an older customer. Easy to setup tracfone and using it with no issues. And no monthly fee!

For the most part I loved the phone--except when making phone calls. Sometimes ir would just fine and other times it would not work at all. When calling someone I would hear bleep-bleep and when they answered i could hear them talking but they could not hear me. If the call did go thru then after talking a few seconds the call would be dropped. That happened to often to suite me. After talking to tracfone they decided it probably was defected and they would send me a new one. The bad part about that was I had to send them the phone before they would send me a new one so i am without a phone for a few days.

I'm slowly learning to love it. As an older person sometimes change can be a challenge for me and getting use to this phone has been one of them. The 1st thing I liked about this phone was how easy it was to connect to my home WI-fi. The 1st thing I didn't like about this phone was the ringtones were not loud enough for me. I went to the google play store and found a free app call Hot Ring Tones and downloaded that, problem solved. I've been discovering all it's features which I like. I can even watch Netflix on it, yea! I'm glad I bought this as it is more entertaining than my old phone.

Phone is very easy to use. It is very responsive to the touch commands on the scrèens, whether using an app or making a call. Battery has a good life between charges.

We purchased this phone for our mother who upgraded from a flip Tracfone. If was easy to navigate, we transferred the number and minutes, and it was seamless.

My daughter has a Samsung Galaxy S5 (no service), so when Tracfone informed me that my old phone was now so outdated that it would no longer be supported, I decided I would purchase a Samsung for myself. It was a great phone, but I learned that it was not supported in my home area (which I never changed after I moved), although it is supported where I live. In order for me to be able to use the phone, it would have to be supported in my home area.

My kids requested an iPhone and I said no! I got this phone instead and they love it. The display is pretty good and the phone moves rather fast!

My son loves this phone. It is great for him. The processor is fast enough and he can play all of his apps on this phone. Great phone for beginners.

I love the phone. I'm a new smartphone user and this phone allows me to expand my skills. It was a great price and I have a pay as you go plan.

My daughter purchased this as an upgrade to her aging flip-phone. It's her first smartphone and she's been very happy with it. The specs don't really compare to the Samsung or Nexus phones you can get on the major carriers, but the cost is less than half of their's so that's to be expected. Overall, it works well and is more than capable of running the apps she wants to use.
