LOVE THIS PHONE! It's the next step up on the tracfone program! I'm not high tech by any means! Since I wasn't much into apps, I am now learning alot what I was missing. It's not an i-phone and shouldn't be compared to those higher price cell phones! BUT, it's worth the money if you want your "older parent" or your "teenager" to have a cell phone and still be in touch with high tech! Tip: Download or print the "Full" manual to get the best benefit out of the phone!

This phone is much easier to use than the Tracfone we before. The touchscreen is more responsive and there are more things we can do with it, like check email, add apps, etc.

I was looking for a simple cell phone with an easy annual renewal plan as an Emergency (Home & Auto) Cell Phone. This phone has Messaging and Web, but I am able to use only the voice very easily. Good selection and investment for the price.

I am enjoying my Samsung Smart Phone and it provides all that I wanted in a smart phone. It is my first Smart Phone but It didn't take long to learn to use it and I received help when needed at the Best Buy store.

Geof, the Best Buy associate, who assisted me with this purchase did an outstanding job of getting me this product fast at a good price. He does an excellent job for the customer and Best Buy. The phone has limited battery capacity and the battery is rather slow recharging. The touchscreen has varying levels of sensitivity which can be difficult to operate at times. The TracFone service is a mixed bag. Sometimes it falters when I think it should work easily and sometimes it works when I guess it is 1% chance of working(Louisiana Swamp) Internet speed is often slow and call drops do happen. The recommendation is price skewed relative to items that are 10 times the price.

This is my first smart phone and I must say I'm very impressed with its features. I'm still learning how to use it, but this 3G phone has what I need.

This Samsung no contract phone from Tracfone Samsung is perfect except that the instructions should have better information / instructions.

I got this phone for my grandaughter-she loves it. You can use it with wifi without using minutes-it's just like a regular smart phone. I would recommend this to anyone, actually.

I was pleased to see that this Android phone was available at Best Buy so I could actually look at it and talk to someone before buying it. The Samsung rep was very helpful and answered my questions, and I'm happy with my purchase. I'm still learning how to use some of the features, but it wasn't difficult to master the basics.
