A: Good morning, bex. No, you won't be charged voice minutes while using data features. Smartphones have separate buckets of units for voice calls, text messaging and data usage and have the triple minute feature. For example, a 60 minute Pay As You Go TracFone card redeemed on a Smartphone will provide 180 minutes for voice, 180 text messages and 180 MB of data. Voice calls are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per minute. Text messages are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per text. Data is charged based on actual usage. ^Angel.

A: Visited local Best Buy. Tracfone Stardust was 3G, _not_ 4G. I assume error arose from having a 4" screen. Mentioned this at store and online to an associate without result. Before purchase, VERIFY anything other than 3G.

A: Call tracfone or do online. Real easy, except for long hold on phone. Got double the minutes I already had when I transferred number and activated new phone. New phone didn't say how many minutes you get for activating. Very happy.
