I like the phone but could have better and more instructions on how to setup and use different functions of the phone.

the phone is an excellent value for someone who desires a smart phone at a very low cost - the phone does almost everything an iPhone does, without the cost. I highly recommend the phone.

It is simple to use and setup. Just perfect for someone that does not need a fancy smart phone. Mom is Texting and sending Pictures. Great.

I think this phone is good for what we use it for - an emergency phone for my son. It's easy to use and he can have fun with it when he's bored. It seems reliable so far.

This tracfone is good for someone who doesn't want to pay a monthly fee and still get the benefits of the web and front & back camera. It does everything the expensive ones do and it only cost 99.99 a year if you don't use tons of minutes. You can always add more minutes along the way. Your unused minutes never expire they roll over.

I bought this for my 14 yr old. She really likes it, so it must be good for doing all the right things necessary for teens, which is a lot these days. If she likes it, it must be good. It is a replacement when her phone I gave her last November stopped working. It is a much improved model from what she had, and was the same price. Now to work on her actually answering it when I call her.......

I got this phone for my mom's birthday and she loves it! It is simple and easy for her to use! It is a great entry level smartphone for anyone.

Tracfone is an inexpensive way to have a smart phone. This phone handles apps well. It isn't as easy to see the balances. Older phones displayed the info on the home screen. This one sends a text with info. It works well on WiFi so that saves on data usage.

Decent phone, though it uses up the battery quickly if you have the GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth powered up 24/7.

This is a great alternative for a smartphone. I do not use my cell phone much, but I wanted the convince of a smart phone. Works great and is a cheap no contract phone. Also, you can minimize the amount of data you use by setting it to only use wifi which is a nice money saver.

Great phone seems to work as good as more expensive ones i have seen. Especially when you consider the cost per month of only about $7.

Basic start up instructions were easy to follow, but product does not come with full user manual, so learning all functions is near impossible.

Not being too tech-knowledgable I decided to give it a go as my prior cell phone kept dropping calls or not getting signals in many places; it did take time to learn how to use it but had the help of the Samsung reps at Best Buy who spent a lot of time showing me and I took a beginner's class. I still learn more as I go and am happy with my purchase.
