The only complaint I have is at times the phone won't acknowledge my finger swipe, which can be a bit frustrating and that might me because of cold fingers.

And a respectable 8gb of memory allows a little wiggle room.My nephew has downloaded a bunch of songs and still has memory space

It's not a simple device as advertised. Second: the store did not have the protective cover for this phone's face. I'm still looking for one. Your people tried to help but it took two trips to find the help and I still am not satisfied completely. I will return to try again. THe store should endevor to have everything every phone needs (i.e. protective covers for each phone) and someone there that is familar with Tracfones and can help customers.
