Activation went well until time to set up voicemails. Had a bad time with that. Turns out there are two conflicting ways on the Tracfone website to set up voicemail; one works, the other doesn’t. After I found the one that worked, it was smooth sailing, but probably used up quite a few of my prepaid minutes getting it figured out.

My previous Tracfone, approximately 8 years old, could no longer make calls, so I needed a replacement quick. BB had this one and it has features my old one did not have, such as, cute emojis! When I accidentally touch this button while picking up, holding the phone using the camera or whatever Google Assist comes up and blocks out half the screen. I'd like to turn this button off. Also, the clock app's alarm fails to go off when it's supposed to, presumably an Android problem. But the camera is good and can focus at close range much better than previous phones.

Has Bluetooth, microsd expansion capabilities, headphone jack too. No complaints. I didn’t activate the device and didn’t have to. Only downside is it’s still a micro usb device in this day and age. If you keep your expectations minimum about this device you’ll be happy.

But there were a few issues the voice assistant keeps turning on and the screen freezes and it is so hard to get it to turn off. The battery drops so fast even after you charge it 100%.

You may also try to follow the instructions below on how to conserve battery life.

So far a good buy

All the apps I have downloaded thus far are all working good. Including a smart home app for my tv to start building my smart home app usages. If I can take care of my phone I am hoping it will last me a long time. I even bought a holster case for it. Thank you
