    Great cell phone and great price. Calls are seldom dropped, and the price is under $30/month, yet can be cheaper if auto pay os chosen!

  • Hassle to connect to TracFone not Verizon

    Lots of problems setting up the phone. The unlimited talk & data added to the account wouldn't load on the phone. Kept going to Verizon customer service. TracFone agent spent a lot of time (and so did I). Sold as new, but two tel nos came up under phone ID. SIM # matched TracFone paperwork, but I suspect it was a Verizon SIM (they'd just acquired TracFone). This was an emergency phone for someone in the forests. I don't trust it.

    Just enough for me! After taking awhile to navigate with help I finally can call and text fine. Camera is easy to use and lots of emojis. Lots of apps are preloaded. A good deal!

    first go at a smartphone, after transitioning from a flip phone, takes some getting used to. not as easy to use/navigate as my wife's Rebel, but, i'll get used to it.
