Needs PW to get into it so he can transf. info. Go home to find PW & no PW. Go back w/appt. this time and asked 'nicely' to transfer info. Asked if it was done 'yes' calendar, contacts, etc. were not transferred. Get home and cannot connect to WIFI and no I cannot return phone, NO HELP AT STORE and go disconnected to GEEK SQUAD. NOW BOTH PHONES DON'T WORK. LOVELY All the BAD reviews that I read after buying phone, I wished I hadn't paid for the Geek Squad help, especially in the store.
