    It’s a great phone with many features, and priced right. The technician in the mobile kiosk in the store exceeded the expectations that surround Customer Service. His name was Dan and I am very appreciative of his time to set up the phone.

    The phone and Tracfone service are fine- well priced and reliable. However, this is eclipsed by the wonderful customer service I received from Evan. He took the time to help me transfer all my contacts and photos as well as apps. All that for an $80 sale!

    Started off bad but ended very good. Set appointment and the one person didnot list me at all or didn't send me an e mail like he said. Then i talked with a lady and she set me up for an appointment with Geek squad instead of electronics.

    was able to do the necessary programing as needed, we transfered the SD chip to the new phone all went well. We are still getting use to the new phone for now

    Never got this phone to work. No one at Best Buy would help or at Trac phone. Had to purchase another phone from another dealer
