Connection drops easily. Takes forever to locate even when standing right next to it. Sometimes it does not even locate at all. I would not purchase again

Used and tried to track things for a good 72 hours and it never pinged once. Total crud. I have since bought something with true GPS and not just crowd-sourcing, and it's exactly what I need. Just spend more and get something that works.

It only tells me when I'm in contact with the product in only when I have the blue tooth turned on in my phone. So when the item goes out of my area of my phone it will never be found again.

When I bought this product I thought it will be a good product to have to track my vehicles but I was wrong this product only works pretty much 100 ft from where you at and that sucks.

So we got this for my father who constantly misplaces his keys/wallet, it was super easy to set up and has already proven itself really useful! Also love how you can use this device to find your phone aswell!

The product did fine but the app initially was the bad part. It has since been updated and functions better. The main problem it has is distance it's gps updates when out of range are not frequent enough and the battery dies fast.

I bought this product a month or so ago. When I got it out of the box it worked perfectly. I used it twice once to find my phone and the other to find my keys. This past Saturday I went camping and couldn't find my phone. So I used the button on the device and I heard nothing. I kept trying over and over again but still nothing. After 15 or so minutes of trying I gave up and started physically looking for my phone. The phone ended up being in my coat pocket on the ground. I was using the device at most a foot away from my phone and it didn't work. If I had to go back I wouldn't buy the trackr again because it doesn't work when you need it.

Bought this as a gift for the wife who is always misplacing her keys. Trackr does what is says it does. Only draw back is now I think she loses her keys on purpose just so she can hunt them down.

More expensive is not always better. The Tile is on a different level than the Bravo. The range on the Bravo is nill. The app is terrible and it never rings the phone like the app says it will. You have to be closer than 3 feet if you want to find the lost item. At that range you'd have to actually know where you lost your item in which case you don't need the Bravo. The only pro is, you can change the battery as opposed to the Tile. The Tile is less expensive and works flawlessly. I'm going back to Tile.

Problems with the software caused me to have to uninstall it. Tech support was only OK. Not great in resolving the issue. Once uninstalled I had to also add in the 2 original tags I previously purchased. A lot of hassle and wasted time!!!

The TrackR was easy to program and pair with my cell phone. I have 1 TrackR in my wallet and another in my tablet. TrackR alarm sounds when these items are at least 90 feet from my phone.

Has helped once so far but has limitations in distance and ability which makes it what it is. However it's much better in terms of value because you can change the battery while when a Tile dies, it's dead forever.

This has been a useful device for tracking my keys. I've only tested it from about 50 feet away. Using the app as a homing device worked OK, but didn't locate my keys precisely. It only got me in the general area.

I never had the answer to" have you seen my phone, my keys". Now I'm not asked. My partner, who is regularly misplacing those can locate them now with out help. Worth the money.

Battery goes fast. Cannot track at times because there's a small amount of people that use app. Battery life is an issue.

These trackers are time savers, if not life savers. I have already used them several times to locate my car keys and therefore kept my sanity, plus the cost of replacement.

I lost my car keys and this tracker was an excellent way to find my keys when they are lost.

The trackR could not be located when it was next to the phone when I tested the service. Needs to include a better hook / latch / chain to attach to items.

Good tracking device for common items like your wallet, keys, car, wife, etc. The network is still developing otherwise i would have given it 5 stars... look forward to future adopters to help broaden the tracking area

I use this product on my Motorcycle just to give me extra theft protection. I like the fact you can change out the battery instead throwing the whole thing away.
