I did a lot of research on these bluetooth trackers before buying. I looked at Tile and a few others. The fact that the Trackr ecosystem integrates with Amazon Alexa persuaded me to give them a try ahead of the others. The finding features work great and the alarm is loud enough to locate things from a pretty good distance. Make sure that you get the revision 2 model that has a tiny hole on the front next to the logo. It makes the alarm a little louder and has more reliable connection with your phone.

This is good to have track for keys. I forget most times and end up searching. This is best and helpful

It burns up batteries in less than two hours and the batteries are expensive..

These trackers work as advertised. If it were louder it would get 5 stars. I like the fact that it connects quickly.

Poor quality item! The item ringer on the trackr is so low you cant hear it and with it only being good for maybe 100 ft range; definitely not worth your time or money! You'd have a better time hearing a needle hit the floor in an empty house.

To me the most useful feature is if you misplace your keys you can send a signal that makes the item beep so you can find the missing item.

It was useful to find my keys except the battery went dead quickly

This was he best purchase I've made in a long time! Attached them to my bike & keys, downloaded the app, connected them, and am off to buy more! It's totally helped me keep track of my keys and check on my bike from a distance. The app makes organizing everything easy and I can see where my bike and keys are on a map! I would DEFINITELY recommend this to EVERYONE who wants to keep their belongings safe.

These work well. The only issue is that if you loose one in a close proximity it sometimes won't make a sound.

It does the job, but there are some others in market 6 times less expensive than this one.

This is a significant improvement pver other pet gps devices small but effective at a reasonable price.

The TrackR is a great product for item tracking! It's slim, compact design is great. And it looks great, too!

Track seems to work ok but sound from trackr not loud enough to hear. Limits usefulness

Not worth the money, I'd return them but one was in my wallet when they stole it and I couldn't track it. Only good for close range tracking like if you lost your keys or wallet somewhere in your house. Don't expect it to work if something gets stolen.

Bought 4 of these for $120 -- I knew that the size of the "crowd" using them was key to their use.. But man, I am disappointed. Unless you are in a very populated place with many users, I wouldnt call these things "trackers". But worse yet, just a month after I bought them, 2 died for now reason, unknown to me. I hadnt seen them update at all on my app bust figured that was due to the low coverage in my area. I was wrong. The units were DEAD. Bought a new battery and still no good. I have been dealing with TRAKRs tech support since 2/17/17 and they are giving me the run around...told me they would replace them via mail in 3-5 working days....that was 3 weeks ago. Can no longer chat" via their website for some reason and when I IM, they tell me "we are looking into this and will get back to you". But they never do. My emails have gone unanswered. I really want a REFUND from Best Buy but I am over the 30 days. HELP!

For someone who loses their keys as often as I do, this is a really helpful device to help me track them down. The app generally works well, though frequently I need to reboot my phone in order to get a clear signal between the trackr and the phone. Once it connects, however, it works very well. The volume level is slightly quieter than I would prefer, but I've been able to track my keys down from several rooms away, so it works as needed!

These work as described and were an excellent gift idea. I'm thinking of getting a few for myself now.

It's great to know where it was last. But I can't get the alarms to work just the map GPS.

I'm constantly losing my keys..attach this to your key ring, download the app to your phone and you're ready to go. When you can't find your keys, go to your app and activate, the TrackR makes a loud enough sound that you can "track them down". Bought this only a few weeks ago and have used it several times. The package has (2) devices, so you can share with someone else as well. Good Value for your money, if you have the same problem as me!!
