I am always losing my keys, phone, or wallet. I find myself searching for at least one of these daily, and it often takes me forever to finally find my missing item. Now, I am quickly able to find my item by either using the app to locate my keys or wallet, or use my keys or wallet to ring my phone-- even when the volume is off and I wouldn't hear it when my friends are calling me. The one downside is that your location services have to be turned on to have full functionality, as well as your bluetooth to connect to the device, which tends to drain my battery slightly faster. BUT it is definitely worth it to me to not spend half an hour looking for my keys!

I purchased 10 of these devices, received them in July of 2015 and have been trying to use them and find a use for them since. I chose TrackR Bravo because the ability to replace batteries and price. The batteries for the 10 devices died almost immediately. The battery indicator in the app is useless. It does not update. At one point I've made an effort to check the app every other day, if not everyday. I have tried cheap batteries and expensive batteries. If...the battery is still good when you need to locate your item, it works half the time. Sometimes I find it necessary to turn off then on the Bluetooth on my phone to get the device to connect. Separation alert, after several tests has about a 30 ft range. It's not bad and it actually works, not 100% of the time but it's of some use. Again, if the battery is still good. Locating your TrackR takes forever. I can be in the same room with the TrackR Bravo and my phone, connected to both WiFi and Bluetooth. With the new app update, it will show "far" or "getting father" (2 or 3 out of 6), even when TrackR Bravo and my iPhone is about 10 feet apart without any obstruction in between. The volume of the alert is too low. The only time you will hear the alert is when you accidentally dropped your keys during Sunday Service and you left early. In the 9 months of having the devices, I was fortunately enough to not have to locate my belongings. But during my tests, like leaving the TrackR at home when I am out. I was unable to track the TrackR using the app. I don't think there's enough users for this to be useful and...once again, battery could be the cause. I originally purchased this as a keychain and to place in my daughter's pocket when we go to crowded places, but the reliability of the device is pointless. The stability of the battery indicator has taken all practical use away. Stay away from this...

I give it a five. It's easy to use and works just like they say. There are limits to bluetooth to be aware of, but this is with any bluetooth product. So, I don't reduce the rating based on that as it's the bluetooth limitation and not the product. I use it on anything I think could "disappear" without a trace as well as things that can easily be misplaced. I bought 10 and had one bad battery after about a month. That can happen. Most companies don't provide the best starter battery. I suggest buying spare batteries which can be bought cheaply just about anywhere. It's much better than some other products where there is no user replaceable battery. Compared to other products out there it's very good.

I love my TrackR. It was very easy to set up and use. I have mine attached to my keys and it has already saved me so much time searching around the house.

In love with the TrackR devices. Helps so much to track my keys and my wallet. Even used it in my gym bag, just in case. Apps works great, no issues with the devices. I guess the only thing to watch out on is the battery life. Mine lasted about 4 months before I had to change it.

I bought a set of two activity trackers about 6 months ago (from a different retailer). I was so excited to track my keys and purse. I've found that it works ok... but often can't find my device because it's to far away (ie. being on the main floor of my house is to far away from the upstairs). In addition, it doesn't notify you that you battery level in the tracker is low - you are expected to check on it. This resulted in me running around the house trying to get in distance of the tracker only to realize that the batteries were dead. Great concept... bad results.

Purchased this two pack around Christmas time because features such as the replaceable battery appealed to me. Out of the box, it worked fairly well, although the range was not as great as advertised, closer to 30 FT then 80FT. However, I can't recommend it to anyone because of how poorly they held up over time. Placed one in my wallet and one of my keychain and within about two months the one on my keychain had stopped working entirely even after a battery change. Since that was the item I most wanted to be able to track I swapped it with the one in my wallet and just had one on my keychain. Only a month or so after that, this one as well had stopped working – technically it could still connect but it would emit no sound under any circumstance, and could not connect at any range greater than 2 feet or so, rendering it completely useless in practice. Now I'm hearing better things about Tile, which lacks the replaceable battery, but is IP65 certified (splashproof) so I plan to see if that one works out any better for me.

I have about a bazillion things going these days and sometimes I don't remember where I left my keys The TrackR Bravo is a great solution for this. In fact, today I could not find my keys. I hit the button on my Android phone and it showed me getting closer as I walked around the house. I have done this a number of times since I got my TrackR bravo. I have one in my wallet as well, but I need to replace the battery (TrackR has a great program for this, you just have to pay for shipping). I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to keep track of their stuff.

I bought a pack of 6 Bravo tags thinking they would be useful. I cannot find any of the tags with my iPhone 6 unless I know where they are. For some tags I have to reset them each time in order to find them, and only if they are within about 10 to 25 feet, which defeats the purpose. They also have to be within sight. I attached one to my cat's collar and it will only find her if she is within direct line of site and within about 25 feet. I do not need a Bravo tag for that. I put one on my keys and the locator sound is so weak you have to be within about 3 feet to hear it. I can find my keys if they are within three feet. The iPhone tracker is ridiculous. It beeps if the phone is too far away meaning you have to leave it next to your iPhone if you set the phone down. It is a stupid function. Worst of all is the customer support which is close to nonexistent. I have filed several tickets with them and each time I get the same email response a couple of days later asking me to reset everything. I have requested a refund twice and all I get a technical support response. I should have bought them at Best Buy so I could just return them. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the service. There are many negative reviews on non-shopping sites about this product so I assume support is overwhelmed by unhappy customers.

I am away from family because of my work. Having the TrackRs on my things helps me to find my phone since I have no way to ask someone to call me to help me find it. I also keep them on my laptop, briefcase, keys, car fob, and one in my car. They all have come in handy. I have 6 active TrackRs. Several of them had dead batteries when I received them, but customer service was quick to help me try the reset options and them sent out replacement batteries for all of the TrakRs I have.

Bought direct from the TrackR website. Simple to set up and use. It works both ways and helps you to find the item that you have attached the TrackR to or you phone if you have mislaid it. The Crowd GPS function is an added bonus which will help locate items if they get lost elsewhere or worse, stolen. The more people that buy and use this handy item the more effective this function will be. It is also excellent value, especially if you take advantage of the multi-buy offers

I have a couple of them, one in my wallet and one on my keys, but the best part, is that it can ring your phone. I'm always misplacing my phone and all I have to do is push the button on my keys or wallet and it rings my phone so I can find it. The only issue I have is that I've replaced my batteries after only 2 months. I have an iPhone 6s and the connection is great, my wife's Galaxy S4 has a lot of trouble staying connected to her Trackr, though.

This device was a complete let down. It did nothing of what it was advertised to do. Battery constantly failed. Scan the web for customer reviews. It has been PLAGUED with problems that have yet to be resolved. I ordered 3 initially and returned all three luckily before the company ultimately either discontinues the item or folds entirely......beware!!!

I love the concept of tracking devices using our phone app or cross tracking phone from one of the devices. I am currently using % devices to track my different properties that I generally misplace and spend hours searching ;like ID card, Wallet, Key Bunch, Sling bag. Nevertheless I find that the battery life is very less (My devices lasted 3 months before I had to change battery) and there is no warning from the app when the devices are going to die without juice.
