I had a lot of trouble with this item. It was hard to set up and use unless you're only using one of them.

I bought one set & like it. I Intended to buy a second 4 piece set ,but lost my rewards certificate so will have to wait for the next certificate to come as the set is not cheap.

Bought to use for keychain but after further research, ended up returning.

Not good. Goes it if coverage beyond 3 feet. Hence would not recommend

This little device is pretty cool and works great. I put it on my keys so that I could find my phone / keys with one another. It alao works with Amazon Echo's Alexa! Yay!

The alert on this device is bearly audible and tracking is "spotty".

Not to hate on the brand because there is an increasing amount of Bluetooth GPS tech out there. The tech is useless if your items leave the house and there are not a ton of people with the same app living in that area.

It takes forever to track the device despite the distance.

These trackRs are amazing I would rather pay a fee once then have to pay yearly I lose my keys way to often and this has helped a lot.

Works like the Tile, but the difference with these is you can replace the battery instead of throwing the whole thing away.

Not good for midwest. Only connects via cell phones who have app. If you kid is not near the item you can't locate the item. I put mine in a car for tracking purposes. worthless if they are not in the car with their phone.

For any one who misplaces any kind of important items...this is a saving grace! I suggest everyone buy these!

It does not work well. I also bought another device (do not want to promote), which was much better for the similar price, but there is a yearly fee, which is less than $15 to be able to track using GPS.

The program didn't work well with my phone. Half the time the item it was suppose to track couldn't be found. I returned the product to the store after Track Support couldn't help me after 3 hours.

I didn't read reviews wish I had because they do not work if away from cell. However, it has helped us find our ever missing remote for our family TV! Just wish the signal was stronger would be worth it!

Installation instructions are vague. Not what I expected. I evidently didn't understand the clerks explanation of it's capabilities. Not a good purchase for me. It is back in the box in a cabinet.

It only works if there is a wifi connection available. Not what you would expect. Dissappointed totally. Even told the product producer of my concern and dissappointment In a word. . . . . no.
