Customers consistently note the Bravo Tracking Device Set's ease of use, small size, and generally positive price point. Many appreciate the straightforward setup and design, although some find the app could be improved. However, significant concerns exist regarding the device's limited range and weak sound, impacting its effectiveness in locating items. Battery life is also frequently cited as a major drawback.

Non audible sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The alarm to find device is far too soft, I couldn't hear it as little as 10' away. This renders the product useless.

Very very useful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 3 of these devices, one for my wallet, one for my keys, and one for my husband's wallet. As a mother of 2, both under 4 years old, my wallet and keys often disappear. In the morning, when I need to get Kid 1 to preschool, I look for phone, wallet or keys, whichever one I find first, I can use to Track down the rest. These TrackR devices are small circles, the size of a large coin, and maybe slightly thicker. They have replaceable battery, and a battery lasts around 6 months. There are different colors, and if you buy from the website, you can get a small message engraved on them. They can get scratched and dinged up looking, especially if kept around keys. I've had all 3 devices for more than 6 months, and the only time they died was when the batteries finished, though. There's a button on each device that when pressed makes your phone ring. So if you found your keys but are looking for your phone, that's how you Track it down. To find your paired devices, you open the TrackR app on your phone, and tap the device you're trying to find. It makes a high pitched annoying sound which is fairly easy to find indoors. Outdoors, with traffic noises, I doubt it would be audible. It also tells you whether you're getting closer to your device or farther away. If you are out of range of your device, it can tell you the last place your phone saw the device, as a point on a map. It can help you call up your friends and ask them whether they can look for your wallet at their house. There's a geo fence feature, where, if your device goes out of range of your phone, both device and phone start beeping, if you have a habit of leaving your keys behind at the checkout, for example. You can designate safe areas where this won't happen, like when your device is connected to home wifi. I initially bought TrackR for this feature, but soon got annoyed with it. Our house was big enough that my phone often disconnected from my devices, and keeping my phone connected to Wifi was a battery drain. Apparently, and I've never used this feature, if you mark a device as lost, anybody with TrackR app on their phone, passing near your lost item, will send a notification to your phone that your device was last seen at x time at x place. Other cool uses include putting TrackRs on checked in luggage, so you know when it comes in range, or on pets, or even kids. My first TrackR, I bought after loosing my wallet. It fell out of my pocket in a friends car and wasn't found for several months. I needed to replace wallet, driving license, bank cards, insurance cards, etc, which was a BIG hassle. If I had had TrackR, I would have found it. This is not just for the old and forgetful among us. Initially the app used to be buggy, and crash a lot, but it has gotten a lot better in the past several months. This honest review is in exchange for a free TrackR device, which I plan to gift to a friend. While this review is completely honest, I feel sure that TrackR asked me to review as I'm a repeat customer with positive reviews on other sites.

Useful product, functional, new features coming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've gotten up to 6 TrackRs now, started with a 3 pack for Mothers Day for finding my wife's lost keys AND lost iPhone. They have worked great, are not intrusive on our keyrings and look pretty cool too. The app is easy to use and easily configured with a simple pair operation with the push of the button on the device - SIMPLE! Name the TrackR's as you add them and you are good to go! They are introducing a new product too called Atlas they are devices that you plug around your home so you can track (per room area) exactly where your items (or even pets!) are. Their support people are great, I had reason to email them and their response was quick and very professional. I'd recommend these if you are always losing things OR if you want to set up a separation alarm between you and your devices, keys, pets or children!

Should have read the reviews first . . .
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While at Best Buy for a different reason, passed by the display for the various trackers, including the TrackR. Decided to get a four pack, paid full price. After getting to the car, I opened the package, read the instructions, downloaded the App and paired all four fobs. Got home and took the four and placed them in different locations in the house (1700 sq ft)., one in a bedroom with the door closed. Three of them could not be located, the one in the bedroom with the closed door being one(suspected it might not be able to be "seen" due to the walls, etc.). Brought them to my computer desk and tried locating them when they were six inches from my cell phone. Two didn't work. Ended up removing the batteries and checking the voltage for the two. Put the batteries back in and they were now able to be located. Placed one in the back yard, approximately 25 feet from me in the house. I'm looking through a window at the TrackR on a pedestal 25 ft away and can't locate it. There are a neat gimmick that gets peoples' attention but my experience is they are not worth the price paid.

Best Item Finder Out There!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a few for my family a little while back which were just silver. I loved them so much that I bought several more with the new colors. The colors are really slick and look great when attached to my keys or kid's backpack. The app has continued to improve each week and I have been really happy overall. The device was able to really show its value just last week when I lost my keys and had to get to work. I was able to open the app and the new hot/cold indicator showed me to directly where the keys were located! Awesome! Pros -Extremely small -Sleek design and love the colors -Easy to use Cons -Buzzer could be slightly louder -Customer support resopnse time is a day

Great product for finding lost items
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using TrackR for over a year. I use them on my cats, and in my luggage. They work great as long as either your phone or another TrackR user's phone is within less than 100 feet of the TrackR. I have tracked my luggage in an airport with TrackR and found a lost cat. The only draw backs are the battery life is only about 6 weeks or so. And the alarm on the TrackR is not very loud. It does have a blue flashing LED light that helps locate the TrackR in the dark.

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this product from the actual website it was 29.00 plus 7 for shipping. The product works good if you are trying to find an item you've lost inside, or directly outside your home or facility like a yard or parking lot. I don't want this to be a book so I'll just say the crowd gps system this device uses to track your lost item is HORRIBLE. For you to have to wait until somebody walks or drives by your tracker device who also has the Trackr app on their phone (because that's the way it works when not in your vicinity) is a waste of time. I put this device in my car and for 2 days it said my cars last location was at my residence but it wasn't for those 2 days. It was everywhere but my residence. 29.00 for one device isn't worth it in my opinion, even if you were getting it to just track in your immediate vicinity. This product should be sold at 14.99. To be totally honest I would rather pay for a tracking subscription so I can get real time and updates when I want to. Depending on what you're trying to track...kids..car...spouse it would be worth it. You definitely don't need 4 of these at 80.00. Unless you really feel it's limited use is conducive to how yoy need it to perform.

Really Wonderful for Travel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are really wonderful devices! I bought them before traveling to India, and I have one on my backpack, camera, wallet, and luggage. It gives peace-of-mind knowing that I can easily locate my wallet or camera if stolen, and identify where my luggage is if it's conventional tracking was messed up at an international airport. The sound feature is a wonderful addition, so when my wallet is hidden under laundry, it can easily be found. My only concern is the little metal hooks attached are sort of weak, so it's wise to attach them to an inner pocket or zipper, or at least somewhere that is not super exposed.

Trackr App is not intuitive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I found the iPhone App somewhat unresponsive and confusing to use. For example, it was several minutes before the app would respond the first time I opened it. Then buttons didn't seem to work until I had maneuvered over the screens a bit. The main screen is not intuitive. It is divided into three overlapping parts: A summary of four items, a display with a map for where the the device is located (or the iPhone), and a summary of devices. The selection of the overlapping parts is a stack fo three lines to go between the first and second part and three vertical dots to go between the second and third parts. Why not double arrows? The second TrackR I installed worked OK, but it would not respond after it left the house and returned. Bluetooth settings don't recognize it inches away. Also, the iPhone settings give tkr as the name of all TrackR devices installed. Back to the workbench to get this straightened out, hopefully in a day or two,
