This device is super easy to use. I love how small and discreet it is. Not only do I not worry about loosing my keys anymore, I don't have to waste 20minutes every morning looking for them. I have tried everything, but I always seem to somehow forget where I put them.

I think these are great. My brother went on a 4 hour round trip stop at a gas station then continued on his trip. When he got to his destination he realized he had left his phone at the gas station. On his way back he stopped there NO phone. Had to go through the hassle of getting a replacement. Had he had the TrackR he would have been signaled that he had forgotten his phone. NO HASSLE

I have had to use my TrackR to find my car keys 2 times so far. Once my grandson left them in a most unusual place I never would have thought to look. But with the help of the app on my smart phone I rescued the keys in just a couple of minutes. It saved me much grief and many dollars replacing the key fob.

I've saved hours of time with this device. I misplace my wallet often at my house which is why I decided to get a trakr. A very small investment which saves me a lot of time. I do wish it were louder though, but it does the job.

Have been really happy with my trackr bravos. I have put them on my wallet, dogs, and even my remote control. I like how they look compared to other options like tile. The metal looks really nice and I have actually only replaced only one battery after 9 months so far.

TrackR units do not respond to phone pings unless the phone and the unit being pinged are a few feet apart. With the unit in a car on the driveway and the phone in the house, the unit did not respond after 30 minutes. The alarm is not loud, if the TrackR was in a coat pocket a person would have to be standing next to the coat to hear the alarm. They got my money. For now. Don't give them yours. Try something else.

I bought 4 of these in a "package deal". These devices could not be found when in the same room. Tried multiple devices same problem. If you can't find devices in the same room lost in your house is not even close to acceptable. I can't even get my cat's to play with these "shiny objects". I think their sixth sense must be better than my common sense, or lack their of. GOOD LUCK Never could get any tech support.

This little device is my best friend. It tells me where my keys are. It prevents me from leaving my phone ANYWHERE. It has made my life so much easier.

I bought the TrackR Bravo on August 25 2016 at Best Buy and batteries died after 4 weeks (they are suppose to last 1 year). Although TrackR recognizes an issue with the batteries as their website indicates to contact Customer Service, after 3 attempts none of these were answered. Best Buy? Sorry our policy is 2 weeks we cannot do anything.

I love this device I got one for each family member like the way it works two ways I put mine on my key ring it's either my phone or my keys I'm always looking for easy setup fast working signal

It helped me find my items right out the box, and today I was about to leave my camera behind.

Bought this item thinking that I would like to have somethings with a GPS tracker on it. I didn't like that the idea of using the group GPS would work for me for where I live, so back it goes.

I bought a 4 pack of these and really wanted them to work but, they did not. I tried contacting technical support twice. The first time I explained that none of the 4 Tracker Bravo's could be found by my Iphone in the same room. I received no response for 2 weeks and then received an email wanting to close my call. The second time I again explained my problem and dissatisfaction about not getting a response from them. I have still not heard from them in the months since then. BUYER BEWARE. I would have given them a lower rating but none was available. These are JUNK and support is NON-EXISTENT. Have anice day.

Great for what it is.great for lost keys or forgotten phone

TrackR is by far the best device on the market for locating lost items. You can replace a dead battery instead of throwing it away like other similar devices. A super buy.

I was one of the first to see the advantage of the TrackR Bravo when it was first on Indiegogo. Only it offered to find your phone back to the app installed. No other tracker at that time offered this. They are still the most innovative with the best customer support.

It initially seemed like it works. I bought the tags to put on my cat's collars so I could track them outside. Fortunately I never needed to locate a lost cat outside, but after a period of inactivity when testing it the app would not locate either of my cats even when in the same room. It just keeps spinning and saying it's searching.....If it can't be counted on to work when you need it then it's useless.

"Cannot leave home without it!" Because I attach it to that thing I do not want to forget! Thanks to the 2-way separation alert that notifies me before I may leave something behind.

This is useful. Wish they had more capabilities, but works well

Ya get a 15 day return limit and it takes this long for them to fail. These are blue tooth devices and trackr is nothing but a bunch of kids that will never help you. There product design is flawed. DON'T BUY THESE!!!!!
