got these for my parents and they say they work well and pretty easy but they are older and havent found a good purpose for them yet. Maybe they arent old enough to really need these haha.

Good for the husband who always looses his wallet or someone who's always misplacing their keys. We also put it in our child's backpack for safety.

Easy to set up. Not so easy to add a secondary device. I like it, but the audible is very low. It was extremely difficult to find the 5 pack.

Sound is not loud enough. The idea of connecting (alarming) the location of the device via application seems genuine though.

I purchased this product from Best Buy. Since buying it I have had to replace the batteries three times in each of the 4 devices. I wrote to the parent company just to ask if that was typical experience. They asked for my order number and I gave it to them. Their response is below. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT / DO NOT TRUST THEM. They essentially are admitting to the poor quality but saying they are not going to do anything because I didn't buy it from them. The reason being is if you buy from them and they don't replace it becomes a BBB issue for them. Hi Michael, We only provide replacement that are purchased directly from us. Thank you! Easy to use and setup. Has some issues with android compatibility of it's application (staying connected and connecting to tags).

I for these and one of them had a broken button so I will never work and the rest had dead batteries. I put a fresh battery into one that I use for my cat (who has a breakaway collar) and the very next about a week later the tracker would not connect to any phone it would not even turn on. I bought 3 previously from trakR website And have them in my keys and families keys and they master over 2 months with tho original batteries before I had to change them i have never had a problem with them not connecting. I can even return the ones back to best buy as I can't fine the one that was connected to the collar. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.

Good product the only reason I gave it a 4 is because it's not loud enough to hear all the time and I can't change the sound.

Not easy to hear at a distance but the app helps your find it by indicating when you are getting closer or further away.

Dealing with Best Buy was great. The product, TrackR Bravo, however, was not ready for prime time, or, frankly, even late night. When I first set it up, it estimated a 3' distance as being 97'. But, initially, it could, in a test, find my phone, and my phone could find my keys. Then, 3 days later, when I really needed to find my keys, my phone couldn't find them (with Bravo attached to them), even, (after I'd located them myself), when it was 3' from them. Re-syncing the Bravo and my phone was impossible, even after following TrackR's lengthy, tedious process. Returned Bravo 4-pack to Best Buy, who were great to deal with.

I was looking for something with a bit more distance blue tooth is not the same as say a GPS locator.

I was looking for a tracker that I could put on my expensive zero turn lawnmower against theft. The tracker was only designed for 80 ft. I returned it because I need something that can go for many miles.

I seem to never find my keys...helps a lot. We have Harley keys and spare house keys added to the app.

does less than it promises. It only connects via bluetooth, so it won't do if you drifted a lot. The sound it's not very strong. Short battery life

Buyer beware. Its good with bluetooth (very short range), but don't depend on GPS/satellite or crowd to help. It is not a true (live) tracking device.

The track-R became more useful than finding the keys, at the airport baggage was easily located.

Easy to use and easy to set up. Keys will never be lost again.

Thinner & smaller than other trackers. Wish it had a better way to track (i.e. cellular, wifi)
