Came with dead batteries. Replaced them at my cost (not worth having the company replace). Had syncing issues and then would unsynchronized over time. Way too much time and effort for a sub par product. The idea is a fantastic one. Keep trying!

What a waste of time and money. Never performed as advertised.

In comparing this to other tracking devices I especially like the crowd sourcing method of finding your stuff if you misplace it and the replaceable battery too.

when using the phone app. to locate the TrackR the direction key kept going closer and farther away, when i was standing right next to it. does not work at all.

i have found that this works but you have to be very close to what you lost. anything further than 10 feet will lose signal total. great idea just not quite good enough

This is the gift For the person that loses everything , simple setup I'll never misplace my keys or wallet again

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my friend who is often misplaceing things. I just gave it to her for her birthday last week so I can't comment on how it's working because she hasn't opened it to set it up yet. I did search all over online and bestbuy had the best price by over 50%. Her and I went out tonight and she left her wallet & keys in a public restroom, I drove so we had left before she noticed, the irony definitely was not lost on me!

I had purchased the tracker product for my son and I to put in our cars. We wanted to be able to track our cars in the event they were stolen. After purchasing them I realized this product did not have capability to do this so I returned them to the store without a problem

Perfect when mispacing important things like keys wallet and even kids, wife or husband when out for shopping.

Would recommend this to people who forgets where they place their keys or other things. Worth the price paid.

The TrackR works okay but the alarm is just way too light

I had the Tile but that subscription expired. This one is much less expensive and does the same thing

The Tracker performed just as I needed. The volume could be a litttle higher but overall a great product.

Unfortunately, after buying this product I decided it might not be very useful for me, so I am giving it to a friend with location issues

Great at finding keys at the last minute when rushing out the door. Need to keep blue tooth and location on. Can CHANGE THE BATTERY!

Bad product, the first one stopped working after four days. It doesn't tell you it stops working. The second one was off by eight miles.. I returned the product after that and got a refund.

Helps keep me on track. If I have to keep track of it it gets one tracker attached

Excellent buy to allow one to keep track of your belongings

There's some horizontal lines on the screen appeared randomly. And I don't have time to bring it to the store.
