So, that must be taken into account when this review is read. The vibration setting is noisy and only in a few places can it be felt. The heating function also is spotty and did not work well. Needs longer staps @ the very least.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this a few weeks after recovering from a broken humerus in my upper right arm and several proximal humerus fractures, the TRAKK massager with heat was definitely useful to my shoulder healing process and fit well over my shoulder. The heat and massager was soothing during recovery. I used ice and then heat during the early recovery and healing process so it was super helpful , but it does tend to get very hot and it’s a bit noisy, but the noise did not bother me as the benefits outweighed any cons.

While that week was very nice for my knees, using this device about three times a day or more was something that it just could not handle, and abruptly quit massaging then the heating went out, too.

Gets really hot, which is exactly what I was looking for. I tried other products that were more than three times the price of this item and they did not get hot, warm at the best. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and the sale price was an added bonus.

However, the vibrating motor is a little loud therefore turning it off when you receive a phone call is recommended
