The installer of the KitchenAid Compactor was professional...wore a mask and gloves under the circumstances and cleaned up before he left.

The initial installation was not done properly. I contacted Best Buy and they sent them out again and then in was corrected.

This trash compactor GE does not operate as smoothly as my Kitchen Aid model that was 10 years old Many problems with the first unit that was delivered and consequently BB replaced the unit after a few months Overall opinion is to it it is highly over priced for what it does

This was an exchange for a unit that malfunctioned. The install of the trash compactor was quick and easy--well it seemed easy from my vantage point. The service technicians were courteous and efficient as well as being timely on arrival. They took care to protect my wood floors with a mat being placed on the floor .

This item had to be exchanged 3 times. One time the unit had no holes to install the handle, one unit was dented on the sides, and door would not open when foot pedal used on all the units. Installers were very nice but did not know anything about trash compactors, I knew more and explained how the unit was to function based out our history and the user manual. For the the 3rd exchange I asked for installers who knew about trash compactors, they didn’t. My husband and I researched the door/foot oedal issue and fixed it ourselves. When paying for installation, customers should expect items to be installed by professionals who know the product, how they work etc. We will not buy another appliance from Best Buy.

Delivered a possibly defective item. I say possibly because neither the driver nor the Geek Squad knew anything about the product. Ordered on 9/25, now won’t be delivered until 11/18. Also delivered 6 hrs later than promised by Best Buy

The men who installed the compactor knew what they were doing. A good job!

The installer could not do the job. Best Buy refunded me the fees and my handyman did the job. It was not a difficult installation.

Great product selection and value. The 4th gen iPad available at a discount since the newest model is only available for order. I am just as happy with it and saving a couple hundred dollars of icing on the cake

geek sq. has v.v. poor service. they even do not show to said time day and date. not dependable service.we spend almost $25000 to but kitchen appliance .we have maintenance problem with trash compacter. it needs shims on the back wheels so that door can open without using hands.

Service was good but appointment was for 12-3 but didn't arrive until 5:30.
