Not the best service when it comes to trash compac

The service team refused to install the trash compactor cuz based on the measurements they felt that it would not fit. I managed to install it myself and now it does not turn on. I have been told by the support team but because I installed it myself they cannot have someone touch it unless I remove it and start the process all over this is extremely inconvenient and a waste of time.

Did not install

They finally came (late) looked at the cabinet and left. They said they did not know that they were supposed to put it in and did not have their tools. We had someone locally install it for us.
