Great In-store Service BUT Never answered the phon

They had 3 of the item in stock (when no-one else in the area had any) and I went to the shelf an got it within 1 minute of entering the store. However, your phone system SUCKS. I called on the way over to verify that you had one in stock. I was put on hold for the entire drive to the store. I went into the store, purchased the item, waited for the manager to show him I was on hold - and was still on hold. I showed the manager that I was on hold for 59 min 45 sec at that point. He explained that it rings a couple of times in the store and then goes to a call center. Need I say more?!
