Definitely good value, would give it 5 starts as the team was excellent, but there were some challenges as the vehicle was small for the return.

The 2 guys that delivered and assembled my treadmill were very efficient. They removed the old treadmill. They unboxed the new 1 and brought it in piece by piece. They put it together and made sure it was working before they left. Thanks!

Best Buy sent two men to install our new treadmill and haul away our old one. I cannot express enough how wonderful these two men were! They spent time disassembling my old treadmill so that it could be carried down to their truck. They took painstaking time to assemble our new treadmill during a very hot day in August. We could not be more pleased with their service!!

The installation took longer than I expected but the BestBuy geeks did the job, I was satisfied.

Team that delivered and setup the treadmill was awesome. Box was too big to bring into the house, so they took everything out and brought down pieces separately. Made sure everything was working properly and gave me a lot of information about the machine before leaving. Excellent movers!

Bought a treadmill as a bday gift. Paid for setup and haul away. It was quick, easy and efficient. Worth the money. It would of taken us hours to set up and since our old treadmill was in the basement it would have been difficult to get rid of it. Definitely worth the extra money.

A good machine, but do not need the iFit that comes with it.

There was a mix up with the hallaway company. The hallaway was suppose to happen the same day the set up was scheduled. Somewhat disappointed. But eventually everything worked out.

A single person installed and removed the old treadmill. He knew what he was doing, had done before. he did a great job in that it took a reasonable amount of time, was un rushed though he had more deliveries and told me what to do to get started with iFIT.

Micaela and staff were very professional and expertly installed the treadmill. We have bought several appliances from Best Buy and have been pleased with the customer service - even when we have had some challenges, Best Buy staff were quick to make changes to make things right for us.

Treadmill weighed 250 pounds. Two man crew managed to get it to the second floor without complaining or damaging anything. It was a difficult job. Crew knew what they were doing and assembled the unit in under 40 minutes. Friendly crew.

I would take the installation and haul-away route again in a heart beat. Two men delivered and assembled the treadmill in about a half-hour. It would have taken me a whole lot longer and I would still have to get the old one carted off.

The installer was great. We discovered the mfgr failed to include the install kit... Making construction difficult as you might expect. They were very flexible and responsive to the impromptu reschedule.

Screws have already fallen out of treadmill arm so I had to screw them back in. Should have worn booties when coming into someones home.

Installers were efficient, friendly, and professional. They put it together in good time. They cleaned up the area. A screw stripped and they said I would be contacted for a replacement but I have not heard anything in a month.

Techs were very knowledgeable and went right to work. Very clean not making a mess. They also removed the old tradmill. The whole process took less than 2 hours. It would have taken me a lot longer.

Great service. I had to get rid of my old treadmill and assemble a new one. This service was awesome. It was a 2 member team, who quietly took out the new one and put this together in a couple of hrs. Well worth the price.
