Best Buy did a great job of removing our old broken down treadmill and installing our new treadmill. These treadmills weigh 300+ pounds and they have the experience and tools to do this properly. Well worth the cost. Kudos!

It was really easy to work with the installers. We masked up and they did a great job of assembly with minimal supervision. A+ I couldn't believe it was included with a premium membership.

The team did a great job setting up my treadmill and removing the old piece of gym equipment my new purchase replaced. I definitely wouldn’t try to assemble such a complicated device on my own!

The delivery and set-up of the treadmill went flawlessly. The guys were right on time, easy to talk to, and quick! Having them haul away the old one was such a good deal.

These guys are rock stars. They showed up on time, carried a heavy treadmill downstairs, put it together, and didn't leave till the job was perfectly done.

Bought the installation as our treadmill is in our basement and the old one needed to also come out. Crew didn't call before arriving. Nice young gentlemen, but used foul language throughout the service. They seemed put-out they were supposed to take out our old treadmill. While taking the treadmill down the steps, it slipped out of their hands, putting a 12"x12" hole in the drywall. There were other marks and dents in the paint and drywall. We asked them to show us how it worked (as promised in the product description) and were told "We don't know how these work. If we had to know all these pieces of equipment it would blow our minds". At the end of the day, the old one is out, the new one is installed...but now I get to repair a large section of drywall and paint. **Only purchase if all you want is the old taken out, and the new set up.

Treadmill is perfect! I use it everyday. Don't connect to IFit program as I prefer to use the manual process. I walk on it an hour or 2 most days and that is what I was looking for.

Outstanding service. Went out of their way to make this happen. Techs were professional and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the intricacies of the equipment.

The team showed up on time, did exactly what was expected in a timely way, and took the time to show me the operation of the treadmill.

Treadmill installation didn’t go well. They had my son help them move the new treadmill into my house and down a staircase. They failed to haul away my old treadmill. The treadmill has pieces that do not fit together correctly. In addition, the Treadmill doesn’t work (decrease speed & decline fail to work). I’ve had to call multiple times. First call was to remind BestBuy that my treadmill wasn’t hauled away and to report the damage. A friend knew I was upset the treadmill wasn’t hauled away and surprised me by taking it. I reported this to Best Buy and they said they would issue a credit to my account. This hasn’t been received. A tech made a house call to look at treadmill and promised to get back to me with a plan to replace the parts or fix it. This was three weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing.

Awesome, the installer did an amazing job. Explained the treadmill setup and hauled away the old treadmill all by himself.

For the treadmill installation, is excellent . It is very heavy, so I asked Best Buy to delivered and install. They are very good. Will recommend.
