Would have been one star or less for standing me up. They were supposed to come on Saturday. No show. Nobody answers phone either. Wasted the whole day trying to get a hold of someone. But next appointment they came and all is good now

Due to COVID I wanted a safe install. They all wore masks and it was quickly installed, and installed most of the treadmill outside.

Kudos to the two men who delivered and assembled my treadmill. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The installation crew did a nice job of installing my treadmill. They got it up and operational in a quick amount of time.

The people who came to assemble and disassembled were nice and friendly. But the process was AWEFUL The machine was making noise so they had to come back to fix it. Unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem. We had to return the item. Three different team was dispatched. The first two didn’t make it to the house because of the error on the work order. The third team finally came out and took the item away ON 11/26. Three weeks has gone by and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED. I’ve had better customer service with William Sonoma and Audible.

I purchase the instillation package with my treadmill, but when the geek squad arrived at my house, they informed me that every doorway that the treadmill passed through must be at least 36 inches wide, and that they would be unable to install the treadmill in my home. I would have appreciated this information as a heads-up at the time of purchase so that I would not have waited a number of weeks for my installation date only to be disappointed. Best Buy then asked me to purchase a different treadmill that they would have an easier time installing. I recognize that there are limitations as to what the geek squad can do but overall this was a fairly disappointing experience.

Best Buy sends 3rd party installers for delivery and installation of treadmills. The pair of people that brought mine, first refused to carry it to the 2nd floor. He just wanted to dump it in my garage ... and leave ... make it someone else's assembly problem, and my rescheduling problem. When I insisted that he not leave before rescheduling ... suddenly he was able to carry it upstairs. Didn't finish the install and didn't test it because it requires iFit activation. (it doesn't but he couldn't be bothered). Maybe because if it didn't work, he would have to dismantle and carry it down too.

They performed an excellent job. Quick fast and acknowledgeable. Very professional.

This would have received 5 stars, however the Installation company that was contracted to do the install, kept stalling and did not follow up. This was ordered in November, for an install before Christmas on the 20th, then it was re-scheduled several times. What is the point of having Total Tech when they sub contract out to companies that DO NOT care if the customer has something to get installed / set up. BUT, the people when they came, did an amazing job!! The 1 Star only represents the fact, I had to chase them down to do this delivery and installation. But GREAT MACHINE!!!

This service was effortless the boys did all the work on a very hot day.

The installation was great. Manuel was on-time, friendly and professional.

Workers did a commendable job in delivering, installation, setup, and takeaway of existing treadmill.
