Was very professional and they took my old treadmill which was a plus

My treadmill was put together, and that part was great, but the guys who came were also supposed to remove my old treadmill. They said that they didn't have the proper tools to take it a part, and that someone would be contacting me about removing it. No one ever contacted me, and my attempts to get help all failed. I literally spent hours making calls, I couldn't understand anyone I spoke to, and they couldn't understand me. In short, nothing was accomplished. My old treadmill remains in my home.

Treadmill installers left behind the 6 foot box the treadmill came in, did not hook it up to the internet, and did not show me how to use the unit. When I called to complain, I was told I needed to make a 2nd installation appointment and everything would be "fixed." The earliest appointment was 8 days later, but I took it. I had a ridiculous 8 hour window for the appointment...but no one showed up! I paid $199 for delivery/install, which was supposed to include clean up, hooking it up to the internet, and training. Such a rip off.

I am giving one star in my review due to the fact that my delivery date was changed two times from the original delivery. On the day of installation, the delivery and haul away went well. The delayed delivery is something that has resulted in a negative outcome.

The installation was done improperly. The two guys that put it together didn’t know what they were doing. They damaged the left arm and sheered off some screws and left it like that. They used power tools when the owners manual specifically stated don’t use power tools. I don’t recommend installation by Best Buy especially these two guys that did mine.

Dont buy the installation the people that installed my proform 9000 did a bad job and you cannot get a refund of the installation fees if they dont install correctly the first time you will have to pay again so if you buy service make sure they instLl correct way the first time. They use 3rd party vendors to install
